This all gets a little bit tedious when one finds a new species. Click here for a taxonomy.

This front is noted to have a bit of a 'horny' skin. Like a 'Horny Toad.' It strongly matches the leaves of the plant it is resting on. I am wondering if the frog changes colors too, l as a defense mechanism to protect it from predators. Just a though.

There is no 'species' name for this frog yet.

The genus is "Albericus.' The genus Albericus was registered in 1995. See, discovery of these marvels have been happening regularly. Kindly note when you click on the link to Albericus also listed is the Class, Order, Family and Subfamily as well as Genus. Besides all that classification most species receive a name of affection like 'Horny Toad.'
