Murdoch's Hannity should not be brokering communications.

There is a Special Prosecutor and Hannity should not be brokering communication with the SUSPECT.

If Hannity is brokering 'a truth' based on his own priorities for political purposes that will taint any jury pool and will jeopardize any trial.

I find Hannity's involvement exploitative of the legal system. At this point I sincerely believe the Special Prosecutor is in question in her point of view and allowing Zimmerman freedom to this extent.

...In addition (click title to entry - thank you) to revealing that Zimmerman has spoken with Hannity – the Fox host refuses to divulge what they discussed – the pair said they were “concerned for his emotional and physical safety” and suggested he might be suffering post-traumatic stress disorder from watching too much television coverage of the case. They wouldn’t disclose Zimmerman’s whereabouts, with Uhrig saying, “you can stop looking in Florida, look much further away than that,” but “he’s in the United States.”...

Rob Blagojevich became a celebrity defendant, but, he never disappeared and I am confident he had threats against his life as well.

I don't appreciate the way this case has been handled at all. It has been a long time.

I also find it interesting that Hannity found no reason to withhold information from Zimmerman's attorneys. Hannity has legal council putting him in the position he is in now and intends to pull profits from 'exclusive' rights to Zimmerman.

The former attorneys for Zimmerman stated they had made themselves available to the national media; that was probably part of their agenda for their fees. The donors to Zimmerman's defense probably demanded the attorneys be 'out there.' By Zimmerman making himself an exclusive to Hannity, Zimmerman could be paid for that capacity rather than the attorneys. AND Hannity could GUARANTEE a specific television and radio media MESSAGE for any fees he may be paid by Zimmerman's backers. Zimmerman is now a 'paid advertisement' for the gun lobby.

Everybody knows Murdoch is a GOP operative and Hannity will use Zimmerman for political purposes and manufacturer his own truth.

This is what happens with a GOP Governor that wants to allow his cronies and allies latitude in the laws they assisted in sponsoring through ALEC. Rick Scott did a lousy job with this and one has to wonder whom's side he is on.

Rick Scott signed that law while the NRA smiled on his governorship. This is what we get now.

The innocent and unarmed are second class citizens to violence now.

Here I go again with safety concerns, but, there is no chance Guillen has family in Cuba, right?

Just a thought. Should the FBI be looking into something?

I realize Mr. Guillen has been controversial before, but, has anyone asked him why he isn't necessarily saying what the USA community believes? He might have reasons no one bothered to care about.

Suspended Marlins manager Ozzie Guillen apologises for 'big mistake'

Ozzie Guillen, the outspoken manager of Major League Baseball's Miami Marlins, is scrambling to quell a growing political firestorm after expressing his "love and respect" for Cuban dictator Fidel Castro.
Guillen was suspended on Tuesday for five games by the Marlins for the comments, made less than a week after the organisation moved in to a new stadium in Little Havana, the heart of the city's sizeable Cuban American community.
Guillen apologised at an emotional press conference in Miami on Tuesday morning, expressing his regret at his "betrayal" of the Latin American people and his sorrow for letting down his club and players....

George Zimmerman disappeared? What happened to him?

I think it is odd Zimmerman disappears and his attorneys withdraw from the case. Why aren't they concerned for his safety? Strange. If I was his attorney I would be demanding an investigation into his disappearance, regardless, of how it turned out.

I don't blame them for withdrawing, but, isn't it premature? They don't know what has occurred and they abandoned him. Isn't that a bit unethical?

There was no bail holding him in the area, so there is nothing unlawful of him leaving town, but, I find their idea of responsibility strange. They were representing a man that hadn't even been charged. The Special Prosecutor announces there is no Grand Jury, Zimmerman disappears and his lawyers withdraw from the case. I find it very odd.
The attorneys for George Zimmerman, (click title to entry - thank you) Craig Sonner and Hal Uhrig, said Tuesday they have lost touch with their client and are withdrawing from the case.
Zimmerman is the neighborhood watch volunteer who has admitted to fatally shooting unarmed black teen Trayvon Martin in Florida.
Zimmerman is the focal point in two separate investigations into the death of Martin, 17.
Zimmerman, whose  father is white and his mother Hispanic, says he shot Martin in self-defense after following him in a gated community in Sanford on Feb. 26....

Santorum could not compete with Romney's money. Just that simple. Romney's media campaign was grueling.

It wasn't as though Santorum didn't have funds, he did. He even had six zeroes in those funding figures, but, it could not compete with the media barrage of Romney. In ratio to outcomes and monies spent, Santorum should have won the nomination. For every dollar Santorum spent he had better outcomes compared to the monies spent by Romney in the same races when votes, not nominees, are counted.

Romney bought his nomination.

Citizen's United in the flesh.

"The Arizona Connection" - Three of the top nine wanted by the FBI were Arizona perpetrators.

Eric Toth is believed to have lived in Arizona in 2009 (click title to entry - thank you).

I suppose Toth replaced Osama on the list along with Bulger from Boston. My, my what an honor that must be.

Eric Justin Toth, (click here) a former private school teacher accused of possessing and producing child pornography, has been placed on the FBI’s list of Ten Most Wanted fugitives, filling a spot once held by the likes of terrorist Osama bin Laden and accused mobster Whitey Bulger, the government announced on Tuesday....
...Toth becomes the 495th person to be put on the most-wanted list, which was created in 1950. The FBI says that 465 of those fugitives have been found, 153 of them as a result of help from the public....

Jason Derek Brown is wanted for murder and armed robbery in Phoenix, Arizona. During November of 2004, Brown allegedly shot and killed an armored car guard outside a movie theater and then fled with the money.

Robert William Fisher is wanted for allegedly killing his wife and two young children and then blowing up the house in which they all lived in Scottsdale, Arizona in April of 2001.
