This is a State’s Rights issue.
This is speculation but I think Elon Musk is up to no good and Trump is authorizing it. This is not the first time Trump has acted in the best interest of Musk. Musk has a real problem with the ideas of “Open AI” and others. Musk wants control over AI. Why? What is he up to?
But, artificial intelligence is far too dangerous to play games with it. The safety and wealth of California’s industries is that of California, not the federal government with a president that wants control over everything within the borders of the USA.
Trump is also attempting to carrying out control over media. It is his oligarchs, ie: Ellison, that’s bending the knee to their king. It is about consolidating wealth and power. It has to stop.
The Emollient Clause is being ignored as a LAW that can bring scrutiny to Trump’s executive order. While monetary abuse of the office of the president is obvious, there is also the wealth of the electorate. Trump’s actions carry all sorts of racketeering and his obsession with an American oligarchy should be drawing attention to the electorate. Being loyal to Trump while benefitting from it is corruption plain and simple.
Donald Trump is not trustworthy to be an overseer of the First Amendment in this country. He needs to be hands off and he continues to focus on control to end the First Amendment.
There is more than one way to undermine the USA Constitution and the Rule of Law. Defunding healthcare without viable and equitable alternatives is as much an attack on the Constitution as any direct coup. This is his methodology, work (crime) craft, or chosen path in violation of an oath of office he openly disdained during his inauguration.

Illegal orders? Venezuelans? This is just the beginning. Everyone involved has legal problems including Trump. Illegal orders are not within the legal definition of the president’s job description.
Every Senator that spoke out has the legal obligation to warn their constituents about legal pitfalls when in service to this country.
Nome is Secretary of Homeland Insecurity. A shop owner barred ICE from entering his shop and has a legal right to do so. Some states and Governors are drawing up regulations on the appropriate mission of ICE within their state’s borders.
