July 25, 2019 was the phone call between Zelenskyy and Trump whereby the discussion of the delivery dates of the USA Javelins was sidelined for Trump's personal political priorities.

Dmitry Peskov is a familiar face to the Special Counsel report.

Moscow - There are no specific plans (click here) so far for a new Normandy format meeting and a potential date for contacts between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Ukrainian counterpart Vladimir Zelensky, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

"No, there is no date yet," he said when asked about preparations for new Normandy talks. Speaking about the dates for a potential meeting between Putin and Zelensky, Peskov noted: "So far, there are no specific plans for a potential meeting with Mr. Zelensky."

The Kremlin spokesman noted that there were "more questions than answers" regarding potential negotiations between the Russian and Ukrainian presidents. "Work is in progress. We will inform you when there are specific agreements," he stated. Peskov added that a meeting between the presidential aides could take place in the near future....

The Kremlin said Tuesday (click here) that preparations to organize a four-way summit aimed at finding a resolution to the conflict in eastern Ukraine had effectively ground to a halt.

And why would such an important meeting be canceled?

A breakthrough in talks last month appeared to open the way to a possible summit between Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany, known as the Normandy Four. But Moscow said on Monday that Kiev had since been sending conflicting signals.

"...sending conflicting signals." Really? What kind of signals? The kind that states Trump no longer has control of the munitions to Ukraine's military?

"Preparations can't be conducted at the moment because the demands of one of the parties are constantly changing," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Tuesday. He did not say which side he was talking about.

"When one of the sides is claiming to have some new approaches, the 'Normandy Format' experiences certain difficulties for such a summit to be prepared," he said.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy in early October accused Russia of delaying a summit aimed at resolving the conflict between Kiev and pro-Russian separatists in Ukraine's east....

None of this is a coincidence. With Trump in Putin's back-pocket the fear at the summit by Zelenskyy regarding a weakened Ukraine military would have brought concessions without alternatives otherwise.

Bringing about a peace between Ukraine and Russia has been a priority since Putin broke an international treaty and illegally entered Ukraine and Crimea. The fact the USA is no longer involved in any Normandy talks is very, very telling. The Normandy Four should be The Normandy Five!

Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez is absolutely correct. If Stephen Miller is advocating with White Supremacists/Nationalists, then he is one.

It is called activism in favor of hate. White Supremacy has been a theme with Trump's White House. The article below is from the Pew Organization. The reason nonwhites are more likely to see the advantage to being white is that they are living it.

...Americans see disadvantages (click here) for blacks and Hispanics in the U.S. A majority of all adults (56%) say being black hurts people’s ability to get ahead at least a little, and 51% say the same about being Hispanic. In contrast, 59% say being white helps people’s ability to get ahead. Views about the impact of being Asian or Native American are more mixed....

This Pew study also stated the role of Trump in the White House has enhanced racism. Those perceptions are not empty. The trend in racism in the USA are more than troubling. In recent polling in Kansas City, a majority of people in an off-year election voted to remove the name of Martin Luther King, Jr. (click here) from a street named after him only a year before. There are also troubling studies showing segregation is not abating but increasing (click here) and one of the culprits are charter schools.

This article in "Vox" also states a counter-argument is leaning on weak data.

...On the other hand, VerBruggen uses this flaw to argue that school segregation actually isn’t getting worse — even though it’s virtually impossible to make this argument from this data alone. VerBruggen does cite a study by Stanford sociologist Sean Reardon and USC sociologist Ann Owens that says school segregation hasn’t changed that much in the past few decades. But Reardon and Owens specifically write that there are two ways they measure segregation:...

The misuse of information is obvious. There is no way a claim stating racism has decreased and segregation decreased can be supported by a study that states, "school segregation haven’t changed that much in the past few decades." "Hasn't changed that much is not permission to say these trends have decreased, quite the contrary, data reflecting little to no change has occurred in DECADES demands a redress of the way racism and segregation is approached by the USA.

Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez is absolutely correct in demanding the resignation and/or termination of Stephen Miller from the Trump White House. His emails clearly spell out a person seeking the influence of White Supremacists in the political venue of Donald J. Trump. How is the USA ever to end racism, bigotry and segregation if those qualities are a part of the character of the White House?

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) (click here) called on senior White House adviser Stephen Miller to immediately resign amid reports that he regularly pushed white nationalist talking points and xenophobia in a series of emails sent in the months before the 2016 presidential election.

The Southern Poverty Law Center published an investigation from its Hatewatch arm Tuesday after reviewing more than 900 messages that Miller sent to the conservative news outlet Breitbart from March 2015 to June 2016. More than 80% of the missives related to “or appear on threads relating to the subjects of race or immigration,” the group found, and many sought to promote far-right extremist ideas and anti-immigration messaging.

Many of the emails were sent before he joined Trump’s campaign while Miller was working for then-Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.).

But despite the timeline, Ocasio-Cortez said Tuesday that the trove of uncovered emails should bring the White House aide’s immediate resignation....

Rep. Krishnamoorthi's focus in Congress is one of improving the lives of America's children. A taste of his work.

As Members of Congress (click here) on opposite sides of the aisle, there is no shortage of issues on which we disagree. In many ways, the differences between the districts we represent — one in suburban Chicago, the other downstate in central and west-central Illinois — are a microcosm of the growing divide in our country.
But we are united in the shared experience of fatherhood and the instinct to protect, provide for and nurture our children. Like fathers everywhere, we have heard our children exclaim “Dad, I’m hungry,” countless times. Yet while we have had the ability and the resources to meet our children’s needs, millions of parents in our country and around the world are not so fortunate.
As fathers, we cannot imagine being unable to answer our children’s cries. That is why we are proud to stand together in support of H.Res.189, a resolution calling for continued U.S. leadership and accelerated progress against hunger and malnutrition, especially in the critical 1,000 days between conception and the child’s second birthday.....

Deval Patrick Announcement Video (click here for official website - thank you)

Another Democrat? What?

Former Governor of Massachusetts Deval Patrick is not just another Democrat; he was a great governor. BUT. The most interesting part of this announcement is what he didn't say and how he has spent his time since being Governor or Massachusetts.

Patrick complicates Warren's message, (click here) because of his particular fund's focus on positive social impact.

I disagree, Governor Patrick's work at Bain Capital validates the work of Senator Elizabeth Warren. The American people will find a man that is dedicated to providing a new way of walking for Wall Street, a social fund that actually looks at improving investment through a conscience that infuses the need for social change.

I am not calling Governor Patrick a Wall Street miracle, but, he has been able to move Bain Capital in a way no one else has in creating an investment fund with a social conscience. In that is Senator Warren's message that there is something really wrong with the oppression of Americans through the way investment wealth has been used to maximize profits at the cost of THE PEOPLE.

Welcome Governor Patrick, it is getting more and more interesting every day.
