Russian Plague Death?

Christa Pike is conscious.

She is speaking. 

The drugs were injected into the subcutaneous tissue and deep epidermis where they acted as a slow release medication. As a consequence Christa had slow absorption of the medication and it kept her unconscious. They injected her twice. So there was twice the amount of drugs to absorb.

The death penalty is wrong to begin with and now Christa Pike’s reality makes it unconstitutional. I wonder what her mental anguish is now. Probably an incredible shock to realize her estimation of this reality before the attempts to kill her was spot on.
