There have been problems recently along the border with NATO.

The Wagner military had taken refugee in Belarus. Now, their leader may be dead.

The USA has issued strong recommendations for Americans to leave Belarus. There are tensions that exist with Russia in regard to the Wagner group. Anti-Putin statements are met with Putin's hatred and revenge.

July 19, 2023

Wagner leader Yevgeny Prigozhin (click here) emerged publicly for the first time since the aborted mutiny in Russia to declare the mercenary group has moved to Belarus “for some time.”

Prigozhin is heard welcoming a large number of fighters “on Belarusian soil” in a grainy video shot in poor light that was posted Wednesday on a Telegram channel linked to his group. There was no indication of where the video was taken or on what day, and Bloomberg News couldn’t independently verify it....

Any excuse is a good excuse to arrest an American.

Uncertain conditions in Belarus (click here) have led U.S. State Department officials to recommend that all American citizens leave the former Soviet republic immediately.

U.S. personnel at the embassy in Minsk, Belarus, said in a recently issued alert that they may be unable to assist citizens living in or traveling to the nation, due to “the arbitrary enforcement of local laws, the potential of civil unrest [and] the risk of detention.” The alert also cites the Belarusian government’s support of Russia in its war against Ukraine and the increased presence of Russian troops in the country as ongoing concerns for U.S. travelers.

Belarusian authorities have detained tens of thousands of individuals, including U.S. citizens, for alleged affiliations with opposition parties and alleged participation in political demonstrations. U.S. citizens in the vicinity of demonstrations have been arrested. Some have been victims of harassment and/or mistreatment by Belarusian officials,” reads the existing travel advisory from the U.S. State Department, which lists Belarus as a Level 4 (“Do Not Travel”) nation....

The chief of the Wagner private military group, (click here) Yevgeny Prigozhin, on Friday accused Russian military leadership of striking a Wagner military camp and killing a "huge amount" of his mercenary forces.

Prigozhin claimed that the Russian Ministry of Defense tricked Wagner and he vowed to "respond to these atrocities."

"They sneakily deceived us, trying to deprive us of the opportunity to defend our homes and instead hunt down Wagner PMC. We were ready to compromise with the Ministry of Defense to hand over our weapons and find a solution how we will continue to defend our country. But these scumbags did not calm down," Prigozhin said in a voice note posted on Telegram.

"They saw that we weren't broken and they launched strikes on our camps. A huge amount of our fighters were killed, our comrades in arms. We will make a decision about how to respond to these atrocities. The next step is ours," he continued, alleging that "they wiped out dozens."

Russia's Ministry of Defense denied the allegation in a Telegram post Friday, calling the messages and videos spreading on social networks on behalf of Prigozhin about the event "untrue" and "an informational provocation."

Prigozhin claimed that the "evil that is being carried out" by Russia's military leadership "must be stopped" following the alleged attack. "They disregard the lives of soldiers, they have forgotten the word 'justice,'" Prigozhin said in the voice recording....

What Chief Wagner was referring to is the extremely large number of dead Russians in Putin's Special Military Operation.

The total number of Ukrainian and Russian troops (click here) killed or wounded since the war in Ukraine began 18 months ago is nearing 500,000, U.S. officials said, a staggering toll as Russia assaults its next-door neighbor and tries to seize more territory....

...Russia’s military casualties, the officials said, are approaching 300,000. The number includes as many as 120,000 deaths and 170,000 to 180,000 injured troops. The Russian numbers dwarf the Ukrainian figures, which the officials put at close to 70,000 killed and 100,000 to 120,000 wounded....

Besides the obvious genocide by Russia of Ukraine, Russia has been having a field day victimizing more Russians. President Navalny, the rightful leader of Russia, has been given even more prison time.

Russian President Vladimir Putin's (click here) most prominent opponent was sentenced Friday to an additional 19 years behind bars on extremism charges.

A Russian judge delivered the guilty verdict and sentencing in the closed-door trial against Alexey Navalny at a courtroom inside the maximum-security prison camp in Melekhovo, about 145 miles east of Moscow, where the Russian opposition leader is already serving 11 1/2 years. Russian prosecutors had requested a 20-year prison term for the latest charges, which stem from Navalny's pro-democracy campaigns against Putin's regime.

It's Navalny's fifth criminal conviction and longest prison sentence to date. All of the charges have been widely viewed as a politically motivated strategy by the Kremlin to silence its fiercest critic.

The United States subsequently called for Navalny's "immediate release," describing his latest conviction and sentencing as "an unjust conclusion to an unjust trial."

"For years, the Kremlin has attempted to silence Navalny and prevent his calls for transparency and accountability from reaching the Russian people," U.S. Department of State spokesperson Matthew Miller said in a statement on Friday. "By conducting this latest trial in secret and limiting his lawyers’ access to purported evidence, Russian authorities illustrated yet again both the baselessness of their case and the lack of due process afforded to those who dare to criticize the regime."...

There is a pattern. Speak out against Vladimir Putin and be the victim of oppression and in the case of Yevgeny Prigozhin quite possibly dead in a plane crash.

August 20, 2023

Supporters of imprisoned Russian opposition leader Aleksei Navalny (click here) around the world are marking the third anniversary of his near-fatal poisoning with demonstrations against Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Dozens of protesters took to the streets in cities in Australia, Switzerland, Georgia, France, Estonia, New Zealand, and other countries on August 20 under the slogan “Putin is a Killer.”

Protesters also carried signs condemning Russia’s unprovoked 2022 full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Navalny’s supporters posted on Telegram a photograph of a man in Makhachkala, the capital of the North Caucasus region of Daghestan, holding a sign reading, “Release Navalny! No repression! No war!”

They posted a similar photo of a man holding such a sign on Red Square in Moscow.

OVD-Info, which monitors repression in Russia, reported that two people were detained in Moscow carrying signs calling for the release of political prisoners. It was not clear if those incidents were related to the Navalny protests....

And there is a Republican running for President probably hoping for the return of the NRA - Russia connection. His position is counter to that of the USA and NATO while adding permission for Russia to find justification in the number of Russians that may live in the region DeSantis questions as Ukraine. DeSantis support of ANY idea of a Russian right to genocide is Anti-American.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (click here) is walking back his characterization of Russia’s war in Ukraine as a “territorial dispute,” following criticism from a number of fellow Republicans who expressed concern about the potential 2024 presidential candidate’s dismissive description of the conflict.

In excerpts of an interview with Piers Morgan set to air Thursday on Fox Nation, DeSantis said his earlier comments referenced ongoing fighting in the eastern Donbas region, as well as Russia’s 2014 seizure of Crimea. Ukraine’s borders are internationally recognized, including by the United Nations.

“What I’m referring to is where the fighting is going on now, which is that eastern border region Donbas, and then Crimea, and you have a situation where Russia has had that. I don’t think legitimately, but they had,” DeSantis said, according to excerpts. “There’s a lot of ethnic Russians there. So, that’s some difficult fighting, and that’s what I was referring to, and so it wasn’t that I thought Russia had a right to that, and so if I should have made that more clear, I could have done it.”...

Anyone that turns the other way on genocide is not ever supposed to be in an office in the USA, especially a Trump Wannabee.

A century after his father and mother fled Russia (click here) to escape the Bolsheviks, renowned mathematician Alexey Sossinsky (click here) found history repeating itself when President Vladimir Putin invaded Ukraine.

Brought up in France and the United States, Sossinsky moved to the land of his parents' birth in 1957 and carved out a distinguished academic career.

But at 85 he is now an exile once more. When Putin launched the war last year, he left with two suitcases in the middle of the night....

The Republican Party is an existential threat to American justice and domestic peace. They create victims and not citizens.

North Carolina's Republican legislative majorities goes too far in executing the Supreme Court decision regarding Affirmative Action. Now, even scholarships designated to elevate minority students in their financial burden for a higher education cannot be applied.

The University of North Carolina System (click here) has issued directives to its 17 campuses, including two in Greensboro – the University of North Carolina Greensboro (UNCG) and North Carolina Agricultural and Technology State University (NCA&TSU) – on how to comply with the recent US Supreme Court decision on admissions.

The directive states that the Supreme Court decision in “Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President & Fellows of Harvard College found that race-conscious admissions practices violate the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment and therefore must end.”

The directive states, “Race can be neither a means nor an end in college admissions. This applies to admissions practices both written and unwritten, and there is no wiggle room – no institution may try to achieve indirectly what the Court prohibited directly.”

The directive recommends removing the “race box” from applications in the future, while noting that it exists on current applications. It states, “Asking applicants to indicate their race on their applications likely will force campuses to prove that their express knowledge of an applicant’s race did not factor into the decision to admit or deny the student. Proving a negative is always difficult, even more so when the question turns on reading the mind of an admissions officer who could know the race of the applicant.”

The directive notes that the Supreme Court decision recognizes that diversity of other types other than race can be constitutionally sound goals, but warns that these goals must be “race blind” and “cannot be proxies or pretexts to achieve racial targets prohibited” by the Supreme Court decision.

The directive also notes that the rationale in the Supreme Court decision “will be extended to other instances where university actors use race in allocating university resources.” It recommends that universities evaluate scholarships and aid programs that take race into consideration and states, “Programs that offer opportunities for students based on race to the exclusion of others, who are not of the same race, may also be implicated by the Court’s ruling.”

The overall theme of the directives is that universities should follow both the letter and the spirit of the Supreme Court decision.

One conversation that is not on the national agenda is that the US Supreme Court and it's wildly adverse decisions is all happening in the context of racial violence in the USA.

THAT MATTERS.

If American minorities aren't feeling the pain of institutionalized racism today, then they are out of touch with the violence with communities and the backlash of a Supreme Court that cares little about women and minorities and their freedoms.

The context within the country that these Supreme Court decisions are being made reflect a court that is adverse to domestic peace and the rights of citizens. Their decisions add fuel to the race fire already ignited within the USA. I sincerely believe the Robert's Court is hostile to the domestic peace every American has a right to enjoy.

In the span of a week, (click here) I went from mourning those murdered in a Buffalo supermarket shooting to mourning children murdered at an elementary school in Texas. As a Black woman, I went from internalizing the message that I am not even safe to go grocery shopping to fearing the reality that my child may not come home after being dropped off at class.

In the weeks leading up to this, I was contacted by several mayors and superintendents who wanted my help thinking about how they could respond to the legislative acts that are removing history – and now math books that teach history – from its classrooms. One superintendent asked, “How can they ban our math books, but then ask us to use those mathematical principles to comply with a mandate that we teach financial literacy?” She was referring to the fact that as history, literature and math books are being banned, mandates for financial literacy are on the rise. I responded quickly and said, “Financial literacy does not place a premium on remembering the past. Really, financial literacy is just a social narrative that places the burden of ending or overcoming wealth inequality on the people who suffer from it most. So, the parallel is on brand.”

So, when I saw the results of NEFE’s High School Personal Finance Education Poll, I knew it was time to talk about the relationship between personal finance, financial literacy and white supremacy.

There seems to be a general consensus that there is a growing need for financial knowledge. Reasons offered span from the emergence of a wider variety of financial products on the market to the increase of financial responsibility in areas like paying for college and retirement planning. Many have now also accepted that the increasing need for financial literacy education is because economic inequality is worsening. While this may be true, it continues to perturb me that few – if any – researchers are curious about the interrelatedness of the growing need for financial knowledge and the rapidly increasing presence of white supremacist violence.

That is the purpose of this publication: to propose a framework for understanding the relationship between financial literacy education and white supremacy....

The Republican Party has targeted African American women and the abortion statistic in that they are the victim of racism in causing them to have a higher abortion rate. Who talks about abortion during Black History Month? The Republican wackos on FOX News. The extremist Supreme Court must be thinking they are the saviors of the African American race. Damn poverty and financial inequality, end abortion which has always been a socio-economic issue.

February 1, 2023

Black History Month begins this week, (click here) just two weeks after tens of thousands of Americans gathered in Washington, D.C., for the 50th annual March for Life. This month and the March for Life collectively present an important opportunity to highlight two of the most pressing issues facing America’s Black community today: abortion and fatherlessness....

August 6, 2008

...These activists (click here) are exploiting and distorting the facts to serve their antiabortion agenda. They ignore the fundamental reason women have abortions and the underlying problem of racial and ethnic disparities across an array of health indicators. The truth is that behind virtually every abortion is an unintended pregnancy. This applies to all women—black, white, Hispanic, Asian and Native American alike. Not surprisingly, the variation in abortion rates across racial and ethnic groups relates directly to the variation in the unintended pregnancy rates across those same groups.

Black women are not alone in having disproportionately high unintended pregnancy and abortion rates. The abortion rate among Hispanic women, for example, although not as high as the rate among black women, is double the rate among whites. Hispanics also have a higher level of unintended pregnancy than white women. Black women's unintended pregnancy rates are the highest of all. These higher unintended pregnancy rates reflect the particular difficulties that many women in minority communities face in accessing high-quality contraceptive services and in using their chosen method of birth control consistently and effectively over long periods of time. Moreover, these realities must be seen in a larger context in which significant racial and ethnic disparities persist for a wide range of health outcomes, from diabetes to heart disease to breast and cervical cancer to sexually transmitted infections (STI), including HIV....

As kids, my sisters and I would giggle about the naked pictures in the huge Bible under the coffee table in the living room. Did they ban the Bible in Iowa?

Copies of banned books sit in the garage of Sara Hayden Parris, founder and president of Annie's Foundation, a nonprofit that opposes book removals, on Thursday, Aug. 3, 2023, in Johnston. The books await being given away.

Hundreds of books would be banned in Urbandale schools, (click here) providing the first full scope of just how many titles could be removed from schools under a new Iowa law that forbids teaching about gender identity and prohibits publications that depict sex acts.

The Des Moines Register obtained a list of 374 books that the Urbandale Community School District believes could violate Senate File 496, which, among other changes, requires teachers and administrators to review their libraries and classrooms for books that depict sex acts and prohibits them from buying them in the first place.

The law also prohibits schools from providing instruction about gender identity or sexual orientation before seventh grade, which Urbandale officials believe includes books, according to instructions provided on the list....

THIS ISN'T ABOUT RELIGION!

No one is threating religious organizations and/or their doctrine. This is ridiculous. This is about the rights of children who feel differently about their bodies. There is nothing wrong with a transgender girl or boy asserting their rights to their own bodies.

According to the APA Style guide, (click here) the term “transsexual” is largely outdated, but some people identify with it; this term should be used only for an individual who specifically claims it. While the term “transsexual” appears multiple times throughout this document, APA’s Committee on Sexual Orientation and Gender Diversity is undertaking a systematic review of its use along with other terms. In the meantime, please refer to the Guidelines for Psychological Practice with Transgender and Gender Nonconforming People (PDF, 472KB for more up-to-date language regarding transgender and gender nonconforming people....

The professions are busy catching up with the best terminology to express the BIOLOGICAL basis of transgender. The confusion perpetrated by the Republican Party is Anti-American.

As Republican-governed states (click here) across the nation advance myriad bills targeting transgender young people, America’s faith leaders are starkly divided in their assessment. Some view the legislation as reflecting God’s will; others voice outrage that Christianity is being invoked to justify laws they view as cruel and hateful.

In one camp are many legislators who have cited their conservative religious beliefs while promoting these bills, as well as leaders of America’s two largest denominations — the Catholic Church and the Southern Baptist Convention.

U.S. Catholic bishops have rejected the concept of gender transition; they issued guidelines in March to stop Catholic hospitals from assisting in such transitions. The SBC has been on record since 2014 asserting that gender transition is “contrary to God’s design.”...

Gen 9:18-27 (click here) And the sons of Noah, that went forth of the ark, were Shem, and Ham, and Japheth: and Ham [is] the father of Canaan. 19 These [are] the three sons of Noah: and of them was the whole earth overspread. 20 And Noah began [to be] an husbandman, and he planted a vineyard: 21 And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent. 22 And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without. 23 And Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid [it] upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces [were] backward, and they saw not their father’s nakedness. 24 And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him. 25 And he said, Cursed [be] Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren. 26 And he said, Blessed [be] the LORD God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant. 27 God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.

The Republican Party is an existential threat to the United States of America.

I am quite certain China and Russia could not be happier.

Slightly more than half of likely Republican caucusgoers (click here) believe Trump's claims he won the 2020 election, 41% do not and 8% aren't sure according to a Des Moines Register/NBC News/Mediacom Iowa Poll

August 22, 2023
By Galen Bacharier

A majority of voters (click here) likely to attend the Iowa Republican caucuses believe that former President Donald Trump won the 2020 presidential election over President Joe Biden, a new Des Moines Register/NBC News/Mediacom Iowa Poll shows.

Asked whether “you believe or not believe Donald Trump’s claims he won the 2020 presidential election,” 51% of likely Republican caucusgoers say they believe them, 41% do not and 8% are unsure.

Among self-identified Republicans, factoring out the independents, Democrats and members of other parties who say they plan to caucus with the GOP, the portion who believe Trump’s claims is even higher, 60%, while 33% do not.

Those beliefs linger despite the lack of evidence of substantial voter fraud in the 2020 election and dozens of court cases in which judges, some of whom Trump appointed, threw out fraud claims....

The Trump propaganda networks, including Tucker Carlson, have been very successful in lying to Americans. This is a poll of the Iowa Republicans, but, what is a poll of the general public.

I am sorry, but, in scanning the field of Republican candidates this year, the ONLY person anyone should consider to be a legitimate candidate with any real interest in the USA is the Former Governor Chris Christi. He is the only one that deserves and has earned the respect of Americans. I don't care what the political differences are, he has been an honorable member of this society and he is a candidate worthy of consideration. The only one as far as I am concerned even close to being called a competent authority on governance.

The operators to the bad checks are average people.

I am not certain how their compensation system works, but, the craftsperson producing the checks must be paid up front and the operator takes it from there allowing a certain amount for the Untied Nations' participation.

The "Pacific Residential" check was commissioned by a man named Michael Donald, a Scotsman from the UK now working in Vietnam on a condominium project.

He and his check manufacturer are still in business even today.

The cowboy had is his latest addition to his lack of character.

The addition to his latest attempt at fraud was sent from:

Fulfillment Center
(000)000-0000
Fulfillment Center
3528 Flatlands Ave.
Brooklyn, NY 11234-2609

That return address may be fraudulent but it was listed only yesterday as a source of mailing.

Supposedly he is in Hanoi, Vietnam working on a condominium project.

The way these guys operate is that they work in countries outside that of NATO. They may or may not be outlawed by that country to conduct such fraud, but, they think nothing of it.

Michael Donald claims to have a daughter and a mother in Scotland that he supports. I don't know if that is true.

As a contractor/engineer he bids on these contracts and then while living in a foreign country makes his rounds on "LinkedIn" or "Facebook" to connect with women that in turn send them money because either his mother is ill or his daughter is dying or there are problems on the job like a worker that became injured and needs help with hospitalization bills.

Michael Donald uses "Google Chat" and the other website before "Chat" (I think it was called Hangouts) for the intimate details of his life. This is real and it is happening as I write this.

One of the favorite countries for these guys is Turkey. They work for lawyers that have found accounts with the government worth a lot of money if the lawyers are willing to pay the taxes on the account. They put together monies, pay the taxes and take plenty of money out of the Turkish treasury. Turkey is NATO perhaps there is some traction there. But, Michael Donald has worked in Belgium at the time of the building collapse there.

If there is any way of turning a buck, be it legal or not these guys know how to proceed. This is his latest fraudulent venture. This is fresh off the presses. Some agency needs to put an end to this. It is outrageous this goes on in the USA.

This project has been nearly two years in the making. Getting this trusted is not easy and takes time. There is a lot of information I have accumulated and I will be packing it and sending to the FBI. I sincerely expect something be done about all this. It is an outrage that any senior citizen, woman or man, has been exposed to these dangers with highly sophisticated counter-terrorist measures the USA has invested in since September 11th. These conversations are international and are supposed to be monitored, but, no one would ever know it.

I will be posting more about the dynamics of the Untied Nations organized crime network in the future.
