Those lost are from all over the country.

I would not be surprised if there were international visitors. 

Those searching, including family members, must get out of the flood zone when more storms are EXPECTED.

Why is there even a question?

The cuts to all the monitoring agencies are causing casualties.

This is what is so troubling about all this anti-government rhetoric. People take that political stupidity seriously and people turn into casualties.

This entire paradigm causing such profound pain here and around the world is so very unnecessary. People cannot deny science. Scientists are good people. They believe in God, practice varying mainstream faiths, and are dedicated to the truth. Please, hasn’t this denial gone on long enough? 

I read some of the biographies of those lost in Texas. They were absolutely wonderful people. Beautiful people with good minds, hearts, and healthy, too. There was a family lost. Children and grandparents while parents slept in a different cabin. This is tragedy. It affects communities, now and in the future.

They had no idea. They were taken because we are not talking about the climate crisis in an empowering way. We need to change our way of thinking and talking about this. 

I wish Texas, the camp, and families and friends of those lost peace. I am sorry for all those lost. Please, no more.
