The Hague needs to file human rights violations.

The Hague should seek extradition.

While this may be Trump’s politics there are not valid charges for Maduro. He was president of Venezuela, even illegitimate, but, he personally cannot be charged for anything except crimes committed as the president. Human rights violations are the charges he should face.

Drug trafficking is drug trafficking and while Maduro may have given cartels a nod, he personally did not traffick drugs.

Maduro did not kill Americans, the drugs may or may not have killed Americans. Addicts arguably have no free will, but, their deaths are not murder unless there is poison as the cause of death.

If Trump’s politics are the only charges, it may not hold up. Maduro’s removal will allow the rightful president to take leadership without interruption, however, her safety is in question as long as their is an insurgency out if control.

Why New York? Correct Jurisdiction? Just a security issue until correct charges are heard by a judge.

The International Criminal Court has a liaison office in New York affiliated with the UN.

We need to hear from the Congress.

Is Venezuela going to become the 51st state? Does anyone know what they are doing? There is a freely elected president waiting to take control of Venezuela.

The problem going forward is the insurgency loyal to Maduro, the insurgency that is Hezbollah, and any violence planned within the country. There needs to be police and military willing to accept the new President of Venezuela.

The Free World should plan on a trade partner. A UN Security Council Resolution is in order. Emergency meeting is appropriate.

There is a headwind from someone within the Venezuelan government.

Maduro may be more secure at The Hague.

Never take for granted this is over.

No one knows what to expect from Trump or the world. We have danger lurking that hasn’t manifested yet. The arrest of Maduro is the beginning, not the end. We were in Iraq for decades. The best outcome is for all Venezuela’s neighbors to embrace the new President of Venezuela and begin the process of strong economic ties as the citizens return hopefully to peace and not a civil war.

Maduro

Someone competent please check Bondi’s work so Maduro is not released based on stupid mistakes.

USA military are heroes.

Venezuelan military bases must be secured so rouges don’t get strange ideas. All foreign nationals in Venezuela should be given an opportunity to vacate the country. There is a Hezbollah element in the country. They should be allowed to surrender.

This is a near USA border issue. Cuba needs to stand down.

I have a contact in Grenada. According to him as of last nothing but smooth sailing without evidence of war or violence.
