They are used as a wall with military armament.

There are other pictures whereby the soldiers are acting as a barricade with shields marked “Californian National Guard.” No guns.

This is different. This is dangerous for unarmed people. 

Passifists demonstrating won’t have a chance against an AR15 or worse. This is not right. The citizens of LA and Compton are not the enemy. There is a reason the Posse Comitatus Act demand no military ordered to civilian activities. One, just one of those guns can kill an entire street of protesters effortlessly. 

Let’s hope there isn’t any loose munitions laying around. That would be bad. Let’s hope the militias don’t show up trying to start a civil war by wounding a Marine.

Israel learned from Ukraine and took out a large number of Iranian jets.

Gerta Thunberg was intercepted with her humanitarian aid for Gaza. She is being deported while 60 more people were killed in Gaza (click here).

The Trump insurrectionists want Los Angeles and every other city in the country ripped apart to brand the end of the sanctuary cities. It is all based in racism.

Due Process is working in LA.

The LAPD are in control. The people Trump are sending will be more people to manage as the Guard, for as wonderful as they are, this is not their gig. 

National Guard commanders need to be talking with Governor Newsom and the Los Angeles Mayor as well as the commanders of the LAPD. Any help will have to coordinate with the LAPD.

Pre-meditated assault against democracy.

There is just no doubt, the president has been plotting against the Constitution for a long time. He is the Insurrectionist’s President.

Talk is cheap, so campaign rhetoric isn’t necessarily the real thing. But. Now. We know for sure Trump is deliberately trying to push forward an autocratic government. Actions speak louder than words.

The LAPD doesn’t need help.

They are using rubber bullets to disperse the crowd and it is mostly working. They hit an Australian journalist in the ankle as she was reporting from the front of the demonstrators and it really stung her. With camera rolling she turned 180 degrees to walk into the crowd but she was met with a widely dispersed crowd. 

The LAPD is well trained and other than stinging people there didn’t seem to be much injury. I think they are doing what they do best and it is working.

Here is the next plot mark in President Trump's insurrection.

Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center are primarily paper pushers. They are tactical air support. This might be a real disaster in the making. They are not trained in crowd control. Not to diminish their importance in a world dependent on computerization, they are experts in their field. But, the "Air Ground Combat Center" is not a combat unit.

This is not necessary.

The Posse Comitatus Act (PCA) doesn't allow for the Air Force to be involved. I am fairly sure the idea of a Marine Air Unit falls into the same danger in that this unit has contact with Marine Air Support. Helicopters, drones, etc. They need to be stopped.  People are going to get hurt.

There is one other thing as to why now. 

There is a nationwide movement of demonstrators set to carry out national opposition to the USA Army anniversary parade on Trump's birthday. It is called the "No Kings" movement. I believe the “Veteran’s for Peace”group is involved.

Trump will use that as an excuse to escalate a state of emergency and a Police State in more than simply California. I really don't care if the Army Anniversary coincides with the Insurrectionist President's birthday.  The Army was in the USA first. Here again, Trump is doing something inflammatory to drive Americans over the brink. 

President Trump is an insurrection leader.

Trump has received a lot of passes from the judiciary since becoming president for one more term in office.

He is continuing his insurrectionist assault against the U.S.A. Constitution. He is doing so by instigating problems for the many judges his cases are before. For a full accounting of the number of judges Trump is facing there is a YouTube video by Nicole Wallace outlining all that. If I run across it I will post it.

When Trump was ALLOWED to run for office a second time his involvement in January 6, 2022 insurrection was not egregious enough for Justices to keep him off the ballot. Never mind men have died that day, the perpetrators were being held on trial and/or in prison for their crimes, hence, Trump was innocent of hating the USA Constitution enough to bring on a full attack to end it’s glory as the most powerful free world country in history.

So, I am calling it. Trump’s attack on innocent demonstrators in Los Angeles by the National Guard places him firmly within the definition of abuse of power to override the authority of a freely elected governor violating the USA Constitution.

He needs to be seen for what he is and always has been since his insurrection speech on January 6, 2021. It needs to be part of judicial records to move cases forward CLEARLY defining the full intent of Trump to over throw the USA Constitution at his earliest provocation.

Trump’s speech, his assault in the presidential limousine of his Secret Service Agent driver, and his lack of proper oath taking at his inaugural by pretending having his hand firmly off the Bible his wife held actually meant he never intended to honor his oath of office that day all clearly define a man seeking insurrection to over throw the USA Constitution. 

Such acts must be included in dialogue and proceedings both in Congress and any court of the land to finish this. Donald John Trump continues to violate judges orders along with now reckless endangerment of innocent demonstrators clearly agitated and aggravated by the assault of ICE on a community that nearly all immigrants.

The assault on that community was deliberately planned to result in an uprising of citizens. The citizens took to the street as anticipated and Trump jumped at the chance as planned to declare a police state anticipating a domino effect in the country. 

Rounding up human beings to sort later like animals while yielding the wrongful detainment of natural born Americans placing their lives at risk is an abhorrent act of aggression. Trump’s ICE clearly is not using the best police techniques but only the practices dictated to them to generate gleeful bigoted images for him to feed to the four percent of the American population.

Donald John Trump should have never been allowed to run for a second term in the office of the President of the United States of America.

Governor Newsom is correct.

To begin Governor Newsom warned the federal authorities that deploying the National Guard would enflame the protests in Los Angeles.

Did it?

Yes. 

Governor Newsom should have been requesting help if he needed. Basically, the federal authority is way out of line. Governor Newsom is the freely elected authority for California’s state government. The demonstrations and now accompanied by some rioting is the responsibility of the Governor.

The Posse Comitatus Act PROHIBITS the use of the United States military as a battle force in any domestic setting.

The federal government is acting illegally.

Los Angeles communities have a long history of being upset. California governors have always “handled it.” Governor Newsom was aware of the protests and clearly understood what would create worsening circumstances. 

The violence is always prosecuted, minimally  with a crime called, “mayhem.” Nobody gets away with anything.
