The Martin building

It is one of the buildings that serve as the Federal Reserve headquarters. It is old, it is not new. It was built in the 1960s. It was about time to update the building and make it more functional for the staff. 

It is extremely difficult and expensive to remove asbestos. These buildings were constructed when asbestos was in everything from floor tiles to insulation. 

In order to remove asbestos from ANY building, the asbestos first has to be isolated from moving air so when the removal begins the microscopic fibers are not polluting the air where people are working or living.

These are not small buildings and would require a lot of labor costs as well as equipment for the removal. That is not where the costs end. The removed asbestos has to be sealed for disposal. It can’t be incinerated because of the deadly tiny fibers.

Then when the removal is accomplished the new construction must begin. So a building like the Martin building was a huge project. I am not surprised refurbishing the Fed buildings are expensive TO BE MADE SAFE and functional.

The Martin Building is only one example of the needs for modern day function. That building was constructed long before there was Ethernet cable.

Interesting

The testimony by Maria Farmer is a late night visit to Epstein’s estate in NYC. Ghislaine Maxwell was not there. Any testimony by Ghislaine Maxwell is incomplete. She was not there to witness Trump’s visit.

New York was Trump’s stomping grounds with his best friend Jeffery Epstein. He never went to the pedophile’s dream come true island. He didn’t have to. 

This was all discussed when Trump was running for his first term as president. Trump’s denial was allowed to stand as fact.

The real fact was Trump’s reputation as an international playboy allowed a great deal abuse of women (click here). We know as fact he was a serial rapist and bragged about it in his “Access Hollywood” interview (click here). “Grab them by the p****. You can do anything,” is sexual assault. Trump’s goal with women was always intercourse, never just holding hands with a beautiful, prospective supermodel. Of course, he had Epstein as a confidante. 

Women were objects and today in the role of President he wants to return them to that status. He is the same Donald, just aged. Women need to know their place and be maintained in it.

These units are primarily senior, experienced advisors.

Trump’s greed in cutting military costs is weakening readiness. It is not possible to demand greater investment by allies while eliminating essential advisory personnel.

SFABs are essential advisory personnel. The USA can reduce our military fingerprint as allies can replace them. Forcing allies to deal with gaps of coverage is not a transition, it is however threats to national security.
