Trump and Nome are ramping up the violence.

It is a strategy against the people. Everytime there is a televised incident with federal agents Trump and his minions scream bloody murder and increase the tenacity and intolerance of the agents. 

I think the state legislators can pass laws stating federal agents must work in unison with local authorities. In this way, the federal agents will be working side by side with local authorities, including detectives that are aware of the problems in the area. 

The theory Trump and Nome are using is that the states with Democratic governors are corrupt and “the enemy.” That is all a lie. Part of what is understood in Due Process is the FACT there is a reason for search and seizure. Basically, the theory the federal agents are using to carry out their actions is a lie and unconstitutional. They are operating outside the law. They are following illegal orders. 

If the state legislators pass laws stating the federal agents must work side by side with police, detectives, and even SBI (state bureau of investigation) it is a safety measure for everyone. It will protect the innocent citizen, the federal agents, and local authorities.

The random actions that Nome is using as a tried and true practice is outside the safe practice of living. These shootings are proof the methodology by the federal agents is reckless. 

There are plenty of law enforcement officers capable of testifying to what safe apprehension of illegal immigrants looks like. 

I think in the legislation the practice of racial profiling can be clarified and controlled. I believe the idea is that someone with ethnic appearance other than Caucasian is not allowed to use racial profiling as a defense after arrest. Because of the nature of the current administration’s focus Kavenaugh didn’t want race to be a factor to end arrests. In other words inhibit an agents work. In all honesty, it doesn’t matter what Kavanaugh’s intent was. The words give a certain permission to discriminate based on Racial Profiling. What does matter is the clarity of it being a policing practice and how it is applied and what abuse of the standard looks like.

Example: Bush v. Gore. It was openly stated the decision was never to be precedent and repeated in other cases as precedent. Today, the decision is quoted in cases and used as precedent. 

Reasonable legislation that uses fact, testimony by expects and exhibits the dangers of a reckless technique could hold up regardless of scrutiny. Trump should be apologizing for the worst federal offensive in the history of this country.

Trump wants more violence and internal unrest. It is a strategy to effect elections.

Minnesota

The State has been blocked from participating in the investigation of the homicide of Ms.Good. What does it say when a State government has to sue the federal government to allow the investigation of a homicide. 

There are agencies set up by the state legislature within constitutionality of the Minnesota State Constitution. The state has an obligation to protect citizens and when there is death an investigation must go forward.

The state has a right to timely access of the scene of the homicide. A site could deteriorate over short amounts of time. The longer the federal government obstructs a homicide investigation the more it looks to be a cover-up.

Trump’s focus on Greenland is more stupidity.

 Hm.

So let me get this right. 

According to Trump it is a strategic country to own. Because he considers it a part of the western hemisphere the USA has the right to own it.

Greenland’s sovereignty has always been linked to Europe. Always. There is not one day when Greenland identified as part of the political western hemisphere. I realize the island country is geographically closer to North America than Europe, but, that can be said for Hawaii and USA territories. USA territories are at distance FROM THE MAINLAND.

Trump’s rules with Greenland is isolated from any other understanding of sovereignty. He is propagandized the issue because he is playing with power for the sake of seeking to expand the control globally of petroleum.

Let me put this back into the proper context before Trump started his nonsensical propaganda. 

Greenland is a part of a NATO country. NATO is a treaty comprised of many countries. NATO is a military treaty. The USA contributes to the military treaty. It is not surprising USA military assets can be turned anywhere within the sovereign territories of NATO. It is the nature of the breast. Geographical location is irrelevant. 

The national security of the USA and our allies  are equally served by Greenland. There has never been a question about Greenland’s place in NATO’s security which includes the USA. Why should the USA have exclusive rights to Greenland’s capacity for security. The entire idea is ridiculous, rude, and victimizing ton Europe. Trump is a traitor.

She was unarmed.

 If ICE was conducting themselves with a real purpose Renee Cole Good would still be alive.

There was one death and that was Renee. No ICE agent was ever in danger for their lives.

The ICE agent charged the car and Renee tried to leave the scene in realizing she was becoming an object of interest by the officers. 

It is sloppy police work without purpose except to practice racial profiling.
