Every American has had their personal data stolen. Trump is responsible for breaking the law.

Outside of that, the media organizations need to file defamation lawsuits against Karoline Leavitt, Trump, and the White House. They lie and defame journalists and media organizations all the time to attempt control of a political message. 

THAT BEHAVIOR is not protected by freedom of speech. The FCC does not have a right to pull licenses because of defamation, gender hatred, or gender identity issues. The FCC is attempting to completely marginalize the LGBTQ community in this country and that is by order of Trump. That is illegal and it is dangerous.

If media organizations continue to allow Trump to oppress their freedom they will continue to lose more and more of them. He wants to destroy every media outlet other than Truth Social.

The assault on Freedom of Speech by Trump is not protected by any Supreme Court Decision. All the defamation is about politics and outside the role of the president.

Alito registered a descent today where there was no descent to be made. It was a straight forward decision by the other eight Justices, but, Alito had to attempt to advise how best to enforce racism.

Hillary Cintin says, “I don’t know.” I believe her. She knew nothing about Bill’s affair with a 19 year old, why would she know anything about Epstein’s pleasure palaces.

The DOJ is reviewing withheld documents for Trump involvement with Epstein. Why are there withheld documents and who says the DOJ has a right to sift through Epstein’s documents at all? A disinterested third party should have been provided the documents entirely to protect the innocent. But, that isn’t what occurred, was it?

Trump’s policies are nothing but brutal.

People come to the United States for opportunity to live a life and not have government oppress that threaten their very lives. That has never been more the truth than with Cubans. But, the balance of power is broken and what remains are different opportunities like this. 

For some reason these ten Cubans believed they could carry out military actions against a Cuban government weakened by the disruption Trump has caused. The choices they made were also impacted by the perceived loss of freedom and increasing pressure on the immigrant community in the USA. We saw it at Brown University when a long standing successful Portuguese immigrant couldn’t handle the possibility of having his life destroyed by the zealot administration of Trump. Now this.

I am fairly certain these men thought they could take on the Cuban government to return safety and sanity to not only the people of Cuba, but, the people they believed would be deported back to the nightmare they left. They never bothered to realize, or maybe they did, that Maduro is in a USA prison because an enormous effort, that probably violated the laws of war, carried out with the USA military (the largest aircraft carrier in the fleet) by a bully that was escorted into power by billionaires seeking favors. The vision of these Cuban men of their future changed and they acted out of desperation. 

Trump must be contained. The courts are finally bringing brevity to the safety of citizens and the immigrant community but it took time. Even with weighty decisions of democracy registered by the judiciary the hate filled administration of Trump needs contempt decisions to force actions of compliance.

There are over 40 million immigrants, all but a small percentage in the borders legally, in the USA. They have come from places in the world where death is a daily reality. The pressure put on these communities by a radical right wing political party is just as real as the daily death threat of their former homelands. The Democrats must end the dangerous practices of DHS. We are barely able to thwart Trump’s threat internationally with the military and it took Putin to demand deescalation to do so. 

The Democrats literally have to meet the counter pressures to Trump head on. The world is doing its part. Domestically the Democrats must do theirs to return balance to Trump’s out of control idiocy. The courts are holding. There is no rampant violence in the streets. Americans are speaking out and the wheels of our proud democracy are turning as the people are demanding. As uncomfortable as some political choices may feel, containing Trump is always the right decision. The enemy is not freedom or democracy, as always it is the threat of tyranny.
