Refusing to testify on a judges order.

I may be wrong about this, but, if Snyder refuses to testify in a civil trial after being ordered to do so by a judge, that is a default in the case and the people get their money. I suppose the judge could give him time in jail, but, I am fairly sure if a defendent refuses to follow a judges order that is a default to the plaintiff.

Flint - The mother of one of four children (click here) suing two Flint water consultants told a federal jury Thursday, April 7, that her daughter’s behavior changed drastically after drinking lead-tainted city water during the Flint water crisis.

Apricott Berry, whose daughter Aundreya was 5 years old when the city began using the Flint River as its drinking water source, told the 10-person jury in U.S. District Court that she watched her daughter’s personality change for the worse -- from “super social, very happy, very bubbly” to having problems making friends, interacting with others, and in school.

“My social butterfly, bubbly kid is not herself anymore,” Berry said during testimony Thursday. “The main thing that I’ve noticed is personality changes -- extreme from where she once was to where she is now.”

We know for a fact that lead poisoning causes brain damage. Brain damage by definition is a brain injury. It is not at all unusual for a person with brain injury/damage to experience personality changes.

This is from the Mayo Clinic.

Exposure to even low levels of lead (click here) can cause damage over time, especially in children. The greatest risk is to brain development, where irreversible damage can occur. Higher levels can damage the kidneys and nervous system in both children and adults. Very high lead levels may cause seizures, unconsciousness and death.

This article appeared on March 18, 2022 and the mayor was to testify about March 25, 2022. His testimony may already be on the record.

More than six years after the Flint water crisis (click here) helped cost him his position as mayor, Dayne Walling will be asked to revisit the federally recognized emergency again next week.

Attorneys for four Flint children who are suing two engineering companies that advised Flint officials during the water crisis told U.S. District Judge Judith E. Levy on Thursday, March 17, that they expect to call Walling as their next live witness when the trial resumes next week....

A vice president and chief engineer for one of two companies (
click here) being sued for alleged negligence tied to the city’s water crisis says he was given personal assurances by a former emergency manager that Flint River water would not be distributed to homes and businesses until a 60-90 day test run of the city’s water treatment plant was completed.

Warren Green of Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam told a 10-person jury on Tuesday, March 8, that former Flint emergency manager Ed Kurtz made the pledge to him when they met as did other city officials, including the water treatment plant operator and supervisor....

The kidnapping of Governor Whitmer resulted in 2 acquittlas and 2 retrials.

Snyder's lawyers are still paid for by the State of Michigan, so the sky is the limit. The self-righteousness by Snyder is amazing.

Former Gov. Rick Snyder (click here) has asked the U.S. Court of Appeals to hear his plea not to testify at a civil trial related to the Flint water crisis, saying his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination would otherwise be violated.

In a court filing on Wednesday, April 6, attorneys for Snyder asked the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit to hear his appeal of an earlier decision by U.S. District Court Judge Judith E. Levy, who ruled the former governor can be required to testify about questions he was asked during a deposition nearly two years ago....

Attack today on Finland.

If Finland were a member of NATO this would not occur. That should be a priority for the little country Putin has no respect for. This is the worst of his abilities. Jets that can harass a country's border.

Considering the missiles Putin has been sending into Ukraine, any country in Europe is an easy target.

Finland reported an attack on government websites (click here) and a suspected airspace violation by Russian aircraft just as speculation mounts that the Nordic nation will opt to apply for membership in the NATO alliance.

Finland said on Friday a Russian state aircraft is suspected of having violated its airspace, followed by a cyber attack on the websites of Finland’s Foreign Ministry and Defense Ministry, as well as some other government services. The events coincided with a webcast speech to Finnish lawmakers by Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskiy....

It is intricate to remove the Russian web within the G7 countries.

It is happening though.

I hope this is not some kind of April Fool's joke.

While supplies last, Americans can now subscribe to the Tesla Model C. Tesla is so disadvantaged by the business community in the USA that the only place a Tesla can be purchased will be in space. Not a bad idea, but, the shipping costs are an issue.

Despite Tesla’s promises, (click here) a widely available and more-affordable car from the high-end electric vehicle company has yet to appear, leaving would-be owners empty handed.

Now San Francisco startup Kyte, with $39 million in funding and $200 million in credit financing, aims to satisfy some of the demand. However, there’s a catch: You can have a Model 3 sedan, but you don’t get to keep it.

Beginning in two weeks, if all goes according to plan, motorists in San Francisco and a swath of the East Bay between El Cerrito and Alameda will be able to get their hands on a Model 3 via a “subscription” and no down payment. Even upon the April 15 launch, customers in the South Bay, other areas of the East Bay and on the Peninsula will be considered on a case-by-case basis, Kyte said, and the company aims to expand its service area to more of the Bay Area.

Options are available for terms and prices: three months for $1,350 per month; six months for $1,125 per month; or a year for $995 per month. Subscribers get 1,000 miles per month, and can add miles for an extra fee. An optional collision waiver adds $250 per month, and there’s a $299 one-time start-up fee....

Russian insider intelligence and maps.

The mayor of Kramatorsk (click here) says that a Russian missile strike on a train station full of evacuees killed at least 30 people and wounded 100 more, but these are just preliminary numbers. CNN's Christiane Amanpour reports.

Christiane Amanpour is brilliantly detailed. This was not a drone strike. The attack was carried out from Russian intelligence to know where within the train station (out of view of a drone) the refugees were gathered. This was an attack carried out no differently from Mariupol from Russian intelligence maps.

The conventional Russian military is a Third World military. The only aspect of their military force are missiles from boats. The ability of AI and/or simply GPS to provide accuracy in the missle strikes is the only aspect of the attack into Ukraine that heralds attention.

There is no accurate assessment possible of Russia's nuclear capacity, but, as demonstrated at Chernobyl there is sincere doubt regarding it's' competency of warheads even if launched with accurate missiles.

It is easy to over come Russia's military in that Western militaries are currently surpassing any conventional Russian military offensive. Not that there aren't casualities of war, but, the overall war will never be Russia's capacity.

Russia boasts a lot about using it's nuclear weapons and Putin chronically conducts brinkmanship in diplomatic efforts, but, it's sincere warhead competency is in question. I have stated frequently with every nuclear accident that occurs within Russian nuclear science that their brain trust is primarily gone. Who is teaching the next generation of nuclear scientists in Russia? Those teachers were most probably used for nuclear research as the researchers died off due to accidents. And they died themselves due to additional nuclear test accidents.

The IAEA must assess the entire Russian competency in nuclear capacity to bring this disaster of a Third World country into compliance and quite possibly seek to end the program. Believe me with all the nuclear accidents and the crude handling of Chernobyl, no one wants to be conquering the country. No one in their right mind wants to live there.

But, as to Ukraine, it needs to be brought up to speed militarily to match it's EU status and neighbors. No matter how much Ukraine sincerely wants to be neutral, it is all too obvious those aspirations are no longer realistic. When Ukraine is brought up to First World standards, it will have the national security it needs. It doesn't have to be a part of NATO and that is why it's mlitary strength and competency has to surpass that of Russia and Belarus.

Right now Belarus has kidnapped two nuclear lab scientists as well as all the contents of the lab. No one cn doubt the nuclera ambitions of Belarus now. Belarus is hoping the plunder of war will result in supremacy in the region. Russia needs to be wary of it's Belarus ally more so than Ukriane.

Russian soldiers wrote a message (click here) of revenge on the missile that killed at least 39 people - including four children - and wounded 87 when two strikes hit a railway station in east Ukraine today, as thousands of desperate evacuees tried reach safer parts of the country.

Graphic pictures on Friday from Kramatorsk showed bodies strewn across the floor, lying amongst luggage and children's prams outside the city's busy station. Some had already been put into green body bags, while other photos showed smoke rising from the building as firefighters rushed to the scene.

The wreckage of a large missile was left lying on the grass outside the station. White Russian text was shown written down the side of its casing, which read: 'For (our) Children' - a revenge message from the pro-Moscow soldiers that launched it. It is believed to be the result of Russian propaganda brainwashing troops into believing Ukraine is carrying out atrocities in the east of the country....

There is no way of ending this without a military sophistication and power of Ukriane. Russia only fears Ukraine strength because Russia is still successful in killing them. That has to shift and Ukraine be respected in brinkmanship within diplomacy. Ukraine must be stronger than Russia with a greater resolve and unafraid to be that bold country.

Recently, India stayed out of the vote to suspecd Russia from the  UN Human Rights Council (click here). The reason it abstained is because of it's neighborhood and proximity to Russia. Ukraine cannot afford to be neutral any longer. Russia does not value human rights and was only a member of that council for propaganda purposes and as a veto vote. Russia being suspended protects the human rights council integrity but is not valued as a reason to reflect on the decision. For Russia, the world is wrong and only Russia is correct. Putin is demoninc in this world. There is no being neurtal anymore.

The film below is more of Russia's Third World carnage at Bucha. Putin's Russia is a problem and the global community only hears from him and not any of those that oppose him. Putin has set up a mind-set in Russia's policy of extradiction or should I say lack of it. The Russian commanders/generals that are authorizing the killing sit comfortably behind Russian borders realizing they are safe from extradition to the World Court. Why worry about "world order" when Russia is exempt from it?

Drone radar

How does a soldier eliminate enemy Russian drones from the air to prevent middle strikes on civilians?

Volunteer refugee residents through “AirBnB” is also a national security issue. Volunteer migration needs to be regulated through proper paperwork or it doesn’t happen. No refugee should be able to hop a jet and take up residence at an AirBnB volunteer home. Passports will become illegal immigrants quite possibly enemies of the state.

There is too much wealth compromising national security.

Taxes are going to be necessary on the wealthy. They are not conducting themselves well and government has to create bureaus to handle the lack of knowledge and self-discipline.

Money has become an international tool, not simply a commodity of economics. It has its own mask.

Money is not a person or citizen as a wayward US Supreme Court has designated it. It has international complications as well. Money has exponential voting power through commercialized politics.

Money is divisive causing statistical ties whereby the narrowest of margins are creating a political backlash that threatens democracy.

States Rights have manifested as a federal threat of authority along Texas’ southern border. Texas needs to be sued for impinging on federal authority. The National Guard was never intended to be used chronically as a revolutionary separatist army as Texas’ governor has abused his power.

Train station massacre

The Russian defense states all the killing of civilians are by those fighting them in Ukraine. The Russians will stick to that story line while they continue to massacre innocent civilians.

The Russians are gathering intelligence about the evacuation of civilians. It probably is not difficult with knowledge among the public to facilitate the evacuation. But, there maybe Russians traveling the evacuee route as well. Refugees will have to be cleared and issued papers to eliminate threats to the refugee camps.

I also find it odd timing that the USA uncovered Pakistani spies among the Secret Service at this time, too. The Pakistanis allowed the Taliban to be reconstituted. The Taliban are not a protected ethnicity, they are a militia. It is easy to say the Taliban are allied by Pakistan. The West’s efforts in Afghanistan was never going to succeed. It will never succeed now, as Pakistan has ensured the Taliban have their own sovereign authority. The question is what are the plans of Pakistan with Afghanistan now that the Taliban have governing authority? There are a lot of unanswered questions about the residence of Al Qaeda’s Osama bin Laden in Pakistan, too. The ISI and Haqquani are in question.

The West needs to assess and continue to reassess the influence of wealth and/or money as a manipulative influence in their national security. Money and gifts are becoming weapons with influence, the worst of which was Trump. The 2016 elections and Dark Money as well as commercialized politics are no longer simply political problems, they are national security issues. The influence of money and gifts are now showing up in elite national security agencies. It reeks of coupe at a time when Trump stated he wanted to walk to the Capitol on January 6th.

There is too much coincidence.

Trump is a Russian puppet. Bannon is an oligarch that worships money, too. He was on a very comfortable yacht when he was arrested in USA waters. The parallels are astounding. How many political influencers work from yachts to be unreachable while in international waters?
