Who's flyin' these things crop dusters?

Are there any pilots left in Russia? The Ukraine pilots were taking them down on a regular basis in the beginning. I mean seriously, who is flying these Russia planes? It is astounding a jet like that would crash into an unmanned drone. What the heck?
