I find it ironic that decades after Cuban nationals tried to bring more Cubans to the USA illegally Castro is indicted for stopping it. I don't approve of the planes being shot down, but, it wasn't a military operation. How are there indictments for the death of Americans operating an illegal operation within Cuban airspace?
The Justice Department (click here) indicted former Cuban President Raúl Castro on murder charges Wednesday, a move that coincides with Cuba’s Independence Day and a threat from President Trump that he could invade the island.
Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche joined prosecutors in South Florida to announce the indictment “in conjunction with a ceremony to honor the victims of the Brothers to the Rescue.”
