I find it ironic that decades after Cuban nationals tried to bring more Cubans to the USA illegally Castro is indicted for stopping it. I don't approve of the planes being shot down, but, it wasn't a military operation. How are there indictments for the death of Americans operating an illegal operation within Cuban airspace?
