I am glad there were many caring and inventive ways to celebrate Mother’s’ Day and still stay safe.

My thoughts tonight are for the many families this year that lost mothers and grandmothers. I wish them peace and fond memories of those they called, “Mom.” I am very sure they are missed.

Until tomorrow.

Good morning and Happy Mothers Day.

I have been reading articles about the inflammatory syndrome in children. These children have adult level viral loads. Sorry, but, we are finding them too late and only because of illness. Please, please try to find a more sensitive test for children that records positive tests lower than adult viral loads. We must be able to find positives in child at an early stage of infection.

We need to start testing of all Americans in order to move past this virus and eradicate it.

One other thing, there is at least one adult case whereby she is chronically having symptoms of fever and dizziness with the inability to stand or walk more than a few minutes. It is my belief this virus can cause long lasting damage. Please consider treating underlying illness manifested during the illness of the virus that extends beyond recovery. Inflammation invites bacterial infections. This particular reporting of reoccurring fevers may very well be a persistent bacterial infection and the dizziness may very well be a new heart diagnose. This person was reporting  sustained heart rates of 120 beats per minute. The underlying heart problem must be treated. I believe survivors of COVID-19 must be followed for at least a year and if having troubling health issues then longer than a year.

Thank you for considering my point of view.
