The more I read about vaping the more it sounds like dehydration of the lungs.

The FDA has nothing on this? Was there some kind of "Trump never mind it isn't important" going on? I never liked the appearance of the vaping. It has a huge water vapor exhaled as opposed to any inhalation. It clearly looked to me the PHYSICS of the vaping was robbing the lungs of water vapor. Nothing else can do that.

A chest X-ray of Adam Hergenreder's lungs revealed inflammation, likely from vaping, according to doctors at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, where the 18-year-old from Gurnee was hospitalized Aug. 31. Hergenreder is one of dozens hospitalized across Illinois, and hundreds across the country, for a respiratory illness likely linked to vaping.

Adam Hergenreder (click here) started vaping about two years ago at age 16. The mint and mango flavors were his favorites.

Now Hergenreder, of Gurnee, is hospitalized and unable to breathe without a steady flow of oxygen through tubes affixed to his nostrils. Doctors have told the 18-year-old that images of his lungs from a chest X-ray look like those of a man in his 70s. His lungs may never be the same again, and vaping is likely to blame.

Hergenreder is one of at least 27 patients with a history of vaping who have been hospitalized in recent weeks in Illinois for an unknown respiratory illness. Last month, one of those patients died, and more than 200 other cases have been reported in 24 other states as of late last week, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The agency is assisting the Illinois Department of Public Health in investigating the cases, along with the Food and Drug Administration...

The inhalation experience is very different from the testimony of a user. The exhaling has a much larger volume than anything seen with cigarette smokers. This demonstrator doesn't even believe lung inhalation is important. So, the vapor coming out of her "mouth" is far greater than cigarette smokers. There needs to be research conducted. I guarantee the physics with the "experience" with the "vap cloud" brings interaction with the moist mucous membranes.

The vap mechanism uses coils and a process that is carried out by a mechanical device. That is not the same as cigarettes. This is an interaction between a mechanical device and the mouth and lung mucous membranes. It is completely different and it is dealt to the consumer as a benign process without INFORMATION OF THE INDUSTRY.

No one wants cigarettes to be popular. But, I think vaping is dangerous in it's current form and culture.

If Trump wants to speak as the chosen one, he should address the Fermi Bubble.

No one has been able to explain it. Everyone wants to know why the black hole in our solar system is acting up, too.

Trump is the chosen one.

I am still trying to figure out if he believes he is Harry Potter. I don't know if he 'believes' in Voldemort, the one that cannot be spoken. Maybe Voldemort is still alive and Trump believes he needs to act.

Hedwig was at his Irish property at Christmas. I mean this. He has a thing.

If this his first attempt as being the chosen one, he really blew it.

Absolutely not! It is a slippery slope and religious bigotry.

I think it is about time to recognize that clergy are admiral people be they men or women.  They help people through difficult times in their spirituality. They need their autonomy in order to do that. When the USA begins demanding private disclosure by clergy, then it will be lawyers and journalists.

Pediatricians need to be heard from when they speak to their patients. They are required by law to report any form of exploitation of a child. Children have far more contact with pediatricians and their staff than any other person in their lives from the time of birth. Health care includes mental health in children. Teachers are also required to report suspicions of abuse and exploitation.

In the case of Jeffery Epstein, it was the ESTEEM of women at a societial level that allowed him to victimize so may girls that became his recruiters. It is time to end the negative esteem of women in this society INCLUDING the fact they can make good decisions regarding their own bodies.

NO MORE SHAMING WOMEN.

The latest news about Robert Kraft is that the prosecutors are waiting for an appeal about the tape that proves his guilt.

Pope Francis attends a session of The Protection Of Minors In The Church meeting in Vatican City on February 22 The Pope has called a summit of 190 Catholic Church leaders to combat the clergy sexual abuse scandal involving minors.

Salt Lake City - Legislators (click here) in two Western states are pushing measures that would require clergy members to report confessions of child sex abuse to authorities.

State Sen. Jerry Hill of California and state Rep. Angela Romero of Utah want their states to join about a dozen others in treating members of the clergy the same as numerous other professions - including teachers, doctors and social workers - who are required to inform law enforcement when they learn a child has been abused....
I could not believe my ears today. Someone stated Barak Hussein Obama is half white/Caucasian.

Do not go there. I promise you, don't go there. Thomas Jefferson passed down his lineage to a slave. You want to start defaming a magnificent president that is a man of color? Go ahead.

That is racism.

Former President Barak Hussein Obama is a person of color. He is African American and grew up as a citizen of color. Enough!

I think the European Partners to the Iran Agreement need to be involved with these decisions.

The decision processes regarding relations between Israel and Iran has become unilateral between Trump and Netanyahu, rather than as a partner to other democratic powers. Europe will be effected by aggressive actions by Israel and has every right to be involved.

Israel is currently contemplating (click here) the possibility of a unilateral strike against Iran, the New York Times reported on Wednesday, and believes that U.S. President Donald Trump, unlike his predecessors George Bush or Barack Obama, is less likely to derail its efforts.

The Times investigation – which includes interviews with dozens of current and former American, Israeli and European officials – tracks American and Israeli policy regarding Iran over three administrations. It details how Israel came very close to attacking Iran in 2012, how Obama's administration developed its own military contingency plans and how the U.S. monitored Israel as Israel spied on Iran....

Some folks know how to take an evacuation seriously.

Coastal North Carolina was hit only a couple years ago by Hurricane Florence. There reality is legitimate and it is always better to be safe than sorry.

Hurricane Dorian is too unpredictable.

Below is the current map of the "National Weather Service." (click here) That "X" has the potential to form another storm within 48 hours. I really think Dorian is still unpredictable.

Campus parking and transportation updates can be found here....

No more surprises for people with a gun.

When the police arrive at a domestic scene most people recognize them as police. ATF, CIA and FBI wear shirts that say who they are. They knock loud and identify themselves before entering. Maybe family members of gun toting members need to do the same thing. Wear a shirt on arrival that says "DAUGHTER" front and back on the shirt. Knock loudly and forget the "surprise, I'm home."

A woman shot her 18-year-old daughter (click here) in her home after she came back from college to surprise her, according to reports. The daughter is recovering after she was shot in the arm in Girard, Ohio, on the evening of August 30.

Police said the mother was alone in the bedroom when she heard noises from inside the house. The mother became startled as she was not expecting anyone to come over. The mother said she then saw someone running into the bedroom, at which point she fired her .38 special handgun, hitting her daughter once.

Police say they were called at around 9 p.m. to the 200 block of Ohio Avenue by the victim's boyfriend. A transcript of the 911 call made by the boyfriend, obtained by WFMJ, has him describing the 18-year-old's injuries to the dispatcher.

"My girlfriend just came home from college and her mom didn't know, like honestly—she accidentally shot her and we don't know what to do," he said. "It's pretty bad."...

If tariffs are bad enough, now shipping is becoming a problem.

Trump is a reactionary, has no cohesive plans and lets the chips fall where they may. Then when it becomes an election issue, like the farming crisis, he throws our tax dollars at it. I can't wait to see what Pence's trip cost and now what the shipping is going to cost. Amazing.

I don't want to hear about socialism. Trump is spending American tax dollars in support of those adversely effected by HIS POLICIES. Is that not socialism? There are enough ships to make up the deficit in this new sanction, right? I mean there are, right?

Just because Trump believes capitalism will solve all problems, he does keep track of the number of ships needed BEFORE he leveled these sanctions, right? Considering this is an article form Haaretz, this isn't just Netanyahu campaign fodder, is it?

The United States (click here) on Wednesday sanctioned a sprawling network of firms, ships and individuals allegedly directed by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps that supplied Syria with oil worth tens of millions of dollars in a breach of U.S. sanctions.

The individuals included a former Iranian oil minister and his son, the U.S. Treasury Department said in a statement. Also hit were subsidiaries of an Indian firm with an interest in the Adrian Darya, the Iranian tanker that has been cruising the Mediterranean since its release from detention by authorities in Gibraltar in July, it said.

The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control action froze any assets in the United States of the designated entities and generally prohibited any U.S. citizens or companies from doing business with them....
