And let's get the nonsense out of the news reports. Hillary Clinton did NOT state the USA is going to war in Syria. She said she thought other countries had to stand up and take control of their national defense, but, the USA would lead wherever necessary. The very last thing the USA should do is enter another war theater and hold the hand of the sovereign country.

And if news media played a trap of words with Trump when he never made statements 'of worry' then it doesn't matter. Every candidate in this election can easily agree with someone while they are suggesting a way forward for the USA, but, to hold that candidate responsible for those words is nonsense. If it isn't in a policy or a speech it doesn't matter. Entrapment is not legitimate political fodder.

Either Europe wants the borders opened or closed, which is it?

Europe has to visit their border policies. Turkey does as well. There is no formal border crossing policies in Turkey and that is where it begins.

Harmonizing rules and procedures (click here)

Thousands of Syrians (click here) cut through a border fence and cross into Turkey, fleeing intense fighting in northern Syria.

Tehran (AFP) - Iran denied claims (click here) it had closed its main border crossing into Turkey Wednesday after an Iranian truck was torched in a fresh attack on vehicles entering from the Islamic republic.

A country's borders exist as the very basic definition to national defense. Some countries' borders are easier to defend than others. The USA borders are porous and nearly impossible to completely control. Besides continental borders, the USA has very long shorelines, then there is Hawaii and Alaska. So, the idea the USA has an easy time protecting it's borders is unrealistic.

WASHINGTON, Nov 19 (Reuters) - Members of two Syrian families (click here) had turned themselves in to U.S. authorities in Laredo, Texas, at the Mexican border, and were being processed by immigration officials, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said on Thursday.
Two men, two women and four children who "presented themselves" Tuesday at the port of entry were taken into custody by Border Patrol agents and then turned over for immigration processing, DHS said in a statement.
"Due to privacy issues, no additional information will be provided at this time," DHS said in a statement....
US Homeland Security wants everyone to be witnesses.
"If You See Something, Say Something™" (click here) is a national campaign that raises public awareness of the indicators of terrorism and terrorism-related crime, as well as the importance of reporting suspicious activity to state and local law enforcement. Informed, alert communities play a critical role in keeping our nation safe. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is committed to strengthening hometown security by creating partnerships with state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) governments and the private sector, as well as the communities they serve. These partners help us reach the public across the nation by aligning their messaging with the campaign’s messages and distributing outreach materials, including Public Service Announcements (PSAs)....

That is a nice sentiment, but, how realistic is it? There may be times when it might actually work, but, how much noise is there going to be in the policing of the USA that will result in nothing but tying up police on calls that don't matter.

Have you seen (click here) the latest release from the Interior Department. Beautiful. Zion National Park. I thought I'd take a look at it rather than watching out for terrorists.

Did you see the news about the three people dead in the USA from severe weather?

 No? I didn't think so because these poor souls weren't terrorist or terror victims. But, I'm sure if someone was able to interview them if they had survived they would say it was rather terrifying.

Spokane, Wash. (AP) — Cleanup crews (click here) took to the streets Wednesday in Washington state after a powerful storm killed three people, cut power to more than 350,000 residents and flooded rivers.
The winds on Tuesday exceeded 100 mph in some areas of the Inland Northwest, where fallen trees were blamed for the deaths.
A woman in her 50s was killed when a tree fell in Spokane. Another woman died after a tree landed on her car on Highway 904 about 15 miles southwest of Spokane, and a man in his mid-20s died when a tree crushed his car as he was driving in Snohomish County, authorities said.
The identities of the three people were not immediately released.
Crews in Spokane were working to clear at least 175 fallen trees that blocked streets and slowed the morning commute....

Ya know, worrying about European, Turkish borders and where there is enough control at every border crossing really isn't my responsibility. It is above my pay grade.

I think the global community has to address what national security is and what it isn't because it seems to me if countries were vigilant at its borders there would not be citizens flyng to be a member of Daesh. If citizens are on their way to enter a war theater and they aren't soldiers of the country to defend it, then charge them, take their passport or "Border Crossing ID" and send them to prison. It is treason in most countries I was aware of. But, if the international community thinks their economies are better off with permissive rules to speed travelers along, then expect terrorists to be among them.

We will squash Daesh like bug.

Quake in fear, the USA has been blessed by Pope Francis.

They use too much explosive.

We'd be happy to send the body parts back to the family as a courtesy. The family would only have to pay for postage and handling.

An explosion has rocked a building (click here) in central Paris today causing it to partially collapse and leaving numerous casualties, Paris firefighters said.
It is believed the cause of the blast, which occurred at 9.52am UK time, may have been a gas explosion.
The building is on the Rue d'Uzes, close to the Paris Stock Exchange building and the headquarters of Agence France-Presse, in the second arondissement.
Around 140 firefighters were on the scene to help free victims from the building, which contained offices for businesses including lawyers, accountants and telecommunications firms.
A state of red alert for the emergency services has been declared.

"You can't win Darth. Strike me down and I will become more powerful than you can possibly imagine."

Deash states it will turn the White House black with fire.

It won't be the first. I always thought it needed a paint job anyway.

August 24 1814

On this day in 1814, (click here) during the War of 1812 between the United States and England, British troops enter Washington, D.C. and burn the White House in retaliation for the American attack on the city of York in Ontario, Canada, in June 1812.

When the British arrived at the White House, they found that President James Madison and his first lady Dolley had already fled to safety in Maryland. Soldiers reportedly sat down to eat a meal made of leftover food from the White House scullery using White House dishes and silver before ransacking the presidential mansion and setting it ablaze....

It was a long time ago before the USA had killer drones. See, now a days the USA can attack Daesh without causalities. So, we send President Obama and his family and the White House Staff on vacation and we put drones all over Washington DC. Should be interesting. Everyone tune in and watch a new definition of the Grateful Dead.

Addiction is not allowed in the Muslim faith. A person is suppose to maintain a healthy mind and body to honor god.

...The following is quoted from his book  Practical Laws of Islam: (click here)

“Question 1392: What is the ruling  in the matter of using narcotics, such  as hashish, opium, heroin, morphine,  and marijuana, be it by way of eating,  drinking, smoking, injecting or applying  them anally? And what is the view on  selling, buying, and dealing in them  in general, i.e., carrying, transporting,  storing, or smuggling?

A[nswer]: It is  haram [religiously forbidden] to use  narcotics in any way because it results  in considerable adverse effects in terms  of personal health and social cost. By  the same token, it is haram to deal in  narcotics in any way, i.e., carrying, transporting,  storing, selling, buying, etc.”

Sayyid Ali Sistani, another popular  religious authority currently residing in  Iraq who oversees the Islamic Seminary  in Najaf (Shi'ite) , was asked about hashish.  Hashish is a drug which is derived from  the same plant as marijuana. Marijuana  is derived from the dried flowering tops  of the cannabis plant while hashish is  made from the resin and is more potent.  They are both classified as cannabis.  On his website he is asked about the  Islamic ruling of the consumption of  hashish. He states: “It is impermissible.”...

It is another Afghanistan. Drug economy. Amphetamine. Opium from Afghanistan and amphetamine from Syria. What could be better?

How about a free trade agreement with these countries? Iran and Iraq can be worked into it. The USA should not let all that nation building go to waste.

I think I know why the USA vetting process didn't go well.

Lookey thar. Prepackaging for your ease and convenience.

Generics probably sell cheaper:  amphetaminoethyltheophylline

FAQ:

How do we send packages? (click here)

We pack the packages carefully with tungsten and carbon papers to skip through customs x-ray machines at airports. Parcels are beautifully packed with gift papers from outside

And it requires no paperwork for customs. I haven't found the description as to whether it makes a person feel sexy or oppressed. Thinking of Daesh, it is probably oppressive to handle that Sharia Law and brutality.

Help me feel like a Syrian.

November 18, 2015

As The Post's Liz Sly (click here) recently noted, the war in Syria has become a tangled web of conflict dominated by "al-Qaeda veterans, hardened Iraqi insurgents, Arab jihadist ideologues and Western volunteers."

On the surface, those competing actors are fueled by an overlapping mixture of ideologies and political agendas.

Just below it, experts suspect, they're powered by something else: Captagon.

A tiny, highly addictive pill produced in Syria and now widely available across the Middle East, its illegal sale funnels hundreds of millions of dollars back into the war-torn country's black-market economy each year, likely giving militias access to new arms, fighters and the ability to keep the conflict boiling, according to the Guardian.

“Syria is a tremendous problem in that it’s a collapsed security sector, because of its porous borders, because of the presence of so many criminal elements and organized networks,” the U.N. Office on Drugs and Crime (UNDOC) regional representative, Masood Karimipour, told Voice of America. “There’s a great deal of trafficking being done of all sorts of illicit goods — guns, drugs, money, people. But what is being manufactured there and who is doing the manufacturing, that’s not something we have visibility into from a distance.”..

...Separate investigations (click here) by the news agency Reuters and Time magazine have found that the growing trade in Syrian-made Captagon – an amphetamine widely consumed in the Middle East but almost unknown elsewhere – generated revenues of millions of dollars inside the country last year, some of which was almost certainly used to fund weapons, while combatants on both sides are reportedly turning to the stimulant to help them keep fighting....

I've always said, the proper way of using the USA military is to allow the drug economies flourish while weeding through the al Qaeda base in the country and call it a mission.

Republicans do not know what they are doing except confusing the refugee issues for political exploitation.

Refugees are given a green card NOT a visa. There is no OVERSTAY that applies to them. Morons. The questions being asked of the House panel don't understand the questions because the US House doesn't know what they are talking about.

If you were admitted as a refugee, (click here) you are required by law to apply for a green card (permanent residence) in the United States 1 year after being admitted as a refugee. For more information on refugees, see our Humanitarian page.

Who believes refugees actually want to return to their countries of origin? Come on raise your hands. Yep, Republicans in the House and Senate are playing politics.

Why do Republicans remind me of Klingons?

Yeah, the human type that have evolved with language.

Kling-on
Pronounced kliNG an/
noun: Klingon, plural noun: Klingons

1. a member of a warlike humanoid alien (Area 51 - no wonder, family) species in the television series Star Trek and it's derivatives and sequles

2. the language of the Klingons

"the site is also available in synthetic languages like Esperanto and Klingon

The US House Committee meeting today, especially Steve King (as if he actually cares about protocol) are espousing hatred. He stated the refugees belong in Gitmo. He needs to be provided an ethics review along with all other hate mongers that have spoken today.

Hate. Coming from the USA House in a PUBLIC committee meeting. I am tired of my country being perceived as a viciously hate filled and violent culture. That perception is real. It can be backed up by facts.

The guns in the USA prove the bigotry within the USA culture when so many people are met with domestic gun violence and deaths every year. To validate the hatred that prevails these deaths is the USA policing infrastructure.

Oh, cute, one of the morons worked in Benghazi into the questions.

The Republicans on this committee today all need an ethics review. This type of behavior and language provides human Rights Commissions with very obvious evidence.

I don't believe this. The hearing gets more and more ridiculous. Mr. Gowdy stated to one of the people on the panel they used the word VERY twice when it didn't warrant it. This group of Republicans are simply bizarre. Two many VERY, VERY. They have no dignity and I am convinced they don't know the word exists.

Continued from previous entry.

PROTECT and enforce labour rights, improve working conditions and living standards, strengthen cooperation and the Parties’ capacity on labour issues;

The fact there are horrendous working conditions with Pacific countries is the FAULT OF WALL STREET. Got that? People have died in China, in Bangladesh and other Third World countries working for the very companies that will exploit them further. Someone actually thinks there will be improvement in working conditions that can't be insured by their governments?

This is ridiculous. When apartheid existed in South Africa, it sure as heck wasn't Wall Street that ended it!

"The End of Apartheid and the Birth of Democracy" (click here)

It was the global community that ended apartheid, not Wall Street. Quite the contrary, it was Wall Street that brought in apartheid and enforced it with their guns with deaths of citizens.

What grew out of the global movement to end apartheid was "The Globalist Agenda." (click here)

Have you ever thought something is wrong? Have you ever thought you were being lied to by your politicians, government, teachers? Have you ever thought you were being manipulated by the television? Have you ever wondered about how the world really works? Have you ever caught the media in a lie? Do you want to know how money really works? Have you ever wondered what the elite of this world believe and where they are taking us? Here you will have an opportunity to at least get a first glimpse at the true nature of the world and how we have been misled and deceived at every level. This site is not the end all and be all but it's a start.

This trade agreement is part of opposition of The Globalist Agenda to end Wall Street exploitation. Now go right ahead and explain how the Top 0.1 percent are not victimizing human beings all over the world. Go ahead, I am waiting to hear the propaganda.

PROMOTE transparency, good governance and rule of law, and eliminate bribery and corruption in trade and investment;

Nice sentiment, not enforceable.

RECOGNISE the important work that our relevant authorities are doing to strengthen macroeconomic cooperation, including on exchange rate issues, in appropriate fora;

Microeconomic cooperation destroys local economies. There will be national laws passed so small, local estabishments will be REPLACED by Wall Street. We've have gone through this before when Walmart came to town. We are not going through it again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Americans thought they lived in a democracy. This document PROVES American are anticipated to cooperate with the Plutocrats.

RECOGNISE the importance of cultural identity and diversity among and within the Parties, and that trade and investment can expand opportunities to enrich cultural identity and diversity at home and abroad;

We have this now in the USA. As least we do to the point the Plutocrats have no use for it anymore.

CONTRIBUTE to the harmonious development and expansion of world trade and provide a catalyst to broader regional and international cooperation;

Oh good, harmonious development and EXPANSION...a catalyst to broader regional and international cooperation. Oh, MORE cooperation. This is outrageous and I haven't even got into the guts of the document. This is just the preamble.

ESTABLISH an Agreement to address future trade and investment challenges and opportunities, and contribute to advancing their respective priorities over time; and

Oh cute. There is going to be a legislated FURTHER ESTABLISHMENT to exploitation. Amazing. This isn't even the last and final document. This document insures the next AGREEMENT will apply to every country subscribing to this agreement. PROBLEMS. Who defines what is a problem? Wall Street. The Plutocrats with the lawyers and lobbyists. I am completely appalled at the blatant power grab by this ESTABLISH clause.

EXPAND their partnership by encouraging the accession of other States or separate customs territories in order to further enhance regional economic integration and create the foundation of a Free Trade Area of the Asia Pacific,
HAVE AGREED as follows:

This is hideous. EXPANSION, EXPANSION AND MORE EXPANSION. This document is a Wall Street document that completely assaults the right so citizens. I am not surprised the Republicans voted for it. This is disgusting.

I'll be back later.
ESTABLISH a comprehensive regional agreement that promotes economic integration to liberalise trade and investment, bring economic growth and social benefits, create new opportunities for workers and businesses, contribute to raising living standards, benefit consumers, reduce poverty and promote sustainable growth;

I haven't gotten into the text yet, but, I suppose the idea the USA is going to maintain jobs and good pay rates is somehow in the words;...raising living standards, benefit consumers, reduce poverty and promote sustainable growth...

It is difficult to believe really that Americans fall into that statement without questions. Americans have been completely compromised because of stupid free trade agreements. Raising living standards is something that should not refer to needs of Americans, but, it is. The rest of the statement benefit consumers, reduce poverty and promote sustainable growth would have been completely hideous two decades ago, but, here we are looking more free trade agreements with hopes it brings Americans out of poverty to a better living standard. Does anyone think that is going to actually happen for American?

STRENGTHEN the competitiveness of their businesses in global markets and enhance the competitiveness of their economies by promoting opportunities for businesses, including promoting the development and strengthening of regional supply chains;

Who does that paragraph of the preamble benefit?

Wall Street. Do local community businesses have the capacity to carry a product campaign with the global markets? No. Global markets are about Wall Street. There is nothing in the paragraph that focuses on supporting the local economies in a that is beneficial.

SUPPORT the growth and development of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises by enhancing their ability to participate in and benefit from the opportunities created by this Agreement;

Who benefits from this paragraph? The local economy? How? Try the internet and shipping. Shipping has significant costs to do business international. What does this paragraph mean? It means FedEx get to build a new hub. So, who benefits? Local economies, but, the real profit recipient is Wall Street.

ESTABLISH a predictable legal and commercial framework for trade and investment through mutually advantageous rules;

Get for real here. Legal and commercial framework. Who benefits? Wall Street. There is no business in local economies that are going to have a team of lawyers to be sure they are able to mail a package by FexEx to Brunei. Brunei, what is a Brunei?

FACILITATE regional trade by promoting efficient and transparent customs procedures that reduce costs and ensure predictability for their importers and exporters;

Oh, goody, a single customs document to provide to FedEx for my profit and streamlining.

RECOGNISE their inherent right to regulate and resolve to preserve the flexibility of the Parties to set legislative and regulatory priorities, safeguard public welfare, and protect legitimate public welfare objectives, such as public health, safety, the environment, the conservation of living or non-living exhaustible natural resources, the integrity and stability of the financial system and public morals;

Everyone needs a lobbyist. Who benefits? Wall Street. The only regulatory priorities that will come out of the USA Congress are the ones that oppress local economies to remove those profit structures to Wall Street.

RECOGNISE further their inherent right to adopt, maintain or modify health care systems;

Health insurance companies. There is nothing here that benefits the USA, except, it might give Congress to destroy Medicare. Who benefits? Wall Street.

AFFIRM that state-owned enterprises can play a legitimate role in the diverse economies of the Parties, while recognising that the provision of unfair advantages to state-owned enterprises undermines fair and open trade and investment, and resolve to establish rules for state-owned enterprises that promote a level playing field with privately owned businesses, transparency and sound business practices;

This paragraph is hysterical. Wall Street is crying because state owned enterprises have an unfair operating expenses. Boo-who, boo-who, boo-who. In other words, a small country such as Bruei that is completely supported by petroleum products has to open their commercial markets to Wall Street companies in a way that is competitive removing all the benefits the people of Brunei receive from their SOCIALIST government.

Who benefits here? Wall Street. There is absolutely no local economy that is going to benefit expect if the Bruei people suddenly discover the internet and all the wonder products offered by local economies that can be sent via FedEx with only one customs document.

This is the population of Bruei:

0-14 years: 23.82% (male 52,750/female 49,579)
15-24 years: 17.13% (male 36,485/female 37,127)
25-54 years: 46.9% (male 97,228/female 104,286)
55-64 years: 7.88% (male 17,366/female 16,470)
65 years and over: 4.27% (male 8,925/female 9,430) (2015 est.)

The best focus market is early middle age with a sprinkling of the youth market. What the heck happened to the 15-24 year olds?

Other than its northern coastline, (click here) Brunei is surrounded entirely by the East Malaysian state of Sarawak. In 2006, an outbreak of EV71 affected approximately 14,400 children in Sarawak (). Thus, temporally and geographically, the Brunei and Sarawak outbreaks were related, raising the possibility that the same strains were involved. Sarawak had experienced EV71 outbreaks every 3 years (1997, 2000, and 2003),

Brunei has the highest standard of living on the planet. It has the highest GDP per capita on the planet. They are currently struggling with low  income petroleum products. It has recently instituted Sharia Law. But, Brunei does not need an international trade agreement to invite pharmaceutical companies and investment interests and Physicians without Borders to improve the health of it's people. Brunei needs to exploit a sophisticated tourism that comes with high price tag. Group tours is not going to recover and extend the Brunei economy. Specialty Spas, etc. The reason some countries INSTALL Sharia Law is because it ends alcoholism and promotes self awareness of health and cleanliness. Bruei needs help and it needs help now and not through an international free trade agreement that only exploits the wealth of the country. Physicians without Borders can bring vaccines and all kinds of helpful information to the people of Brunei. If their wealth is exploited it will be gone forever and with petroleum losing it's luster, the wealth won't return either. I think the leaders of these people have to be very careful in how they spend their current wealth.

The only need Brunei has is to decide how to invest the country's wealth to continue its ability to care for its people. Brunei doesn't need a McDonalds on every corner. That type of capitalistic economy will drain the countries resources and cast it into poverty.

PROMOTE high levels of environmental protection, including through effective enforcement of environmental laws, and further the aims of sustainable development, including through mutually supportive trade and environmental policies and practices;

This environmental protection inclusion is nice if the economics were not so toxic to First World Countries. Kindly recall there is already an ecosystem assessment called the Millennium Ecosystem Assessment (click here) It has been well over a decade since the Millennium Ecosystem Assessment. It sincerely needs to be revisited with RECOMMENDATIONS to move away from any carbon related energies. It also needs a reassessment of ecosystems to determine damage in the past 15 or more years and adjust findings to promote the return of rainforests. There are many options to pursue rather than a huge free trade agreement that will cause damage and not improvements.

When a country falls into poverty because Wall Street is like a sponge and takes up all the wealth to a few in the 0.1 percent the environmental concerns of the country disappears and huge damage is done to biotic systems. I much rather have a revisit to the Millennium Ecosystem Assessment and have scientists who are excellent practitioners of global climate knowledge decide how best a country can go forward to continue economic benefits while redeveloping these valuable biotic systems. To find those scientists I would first speak to Chris Fields at Stamford. (click here)

Chris Fields would be more than happy to work with providers of wind, solar and geothermal energy to bring relief to Earth's climate. As a matter of fact, Chris Fields should be asked to develop the revisit of the Millennium Ecosystem Assessment. No one needs a trade agreement to bring about climate improvements. As a matter of fact, the USA is a clear example of the failures of capitalism that only corrupts the morality of a country that should have been leading to protect and not destroying climate. No one needs a trade agreement for climate concerns. Ask Chris what needs to be done and how best to establish the platform.

Continued in next entry.

And then there is the TPP.

US President Barack Obama (click here) said on Wednesday China must stop land reclamation in the disputed South China Sea and reaffirmed Washington's commitment to the defense and security of the Philippines, one of the parties to the dispute. I

n a joint news conference with President Benigno Aquino III, Obama said he looked forward to working with all claimants to the waterway to resolve their disputes.

“We discussed the impact of China’s reclamation and construction activities on regional stability. We agreed on the need for bold steps to lower tensions including pledging to halt further reclamation, new construction, and militarization of disputed areas in the South China Sea,” said Obama. A

quino said that he agreed with Obama that laws on the freedom of navigation at sea should be upheld, a reference to the dispute with China over claims to the South China Sea....
