How did Warren Buffet earn it? He worked for it. If anyone were to ask him though he would give all the credit to Charlie. They were always a great team. Here is to any incredible career and a fantastic retirement.

Trump’s lawlessness
Trump has taken the Supreme Court decision about immunity to prosecution for breaking the law completely out of context. He is deliberately doing that so he can carry out atrocities to citizens who were previously welcome here. Trump is breaking the law for political purposes and hubris. He enjoys breaking the law and rubbing everyone’s noses in it as if to say, “Ha, ha, I can get away with murder but you can’t.”
He can’t get away with murder, but, he will boast that he can over and over to the delight to his audience.
The fact of the matter is that when Trump signs an executive order it can carry great brevity. If he writes an unlawful order he may be immune from prosecution through the generosity of a too trusting Supreme Court. But, simply because Trump may be immune doesn’t mean everyone down the chain of command is immune. No one down the chain of command should be laughing at extreme power over innocent and unarmed people.
When Trump wrote his fantasy of removing all immigrants from the USA and it was interpreted to include all immigrants, lawfully or not, Noem or whoever turned it into a man hunt for every immigrant in the country. Asylum be damned.
Noem or whoever interpreted the Executive order in the manner she did, broke the law. Human beings of Venezuelan decent can’t simply be rounded up like cattle to be transported back to the slaughter they would face in Venezuela after being traded by El Salvador’s leadership. That is not only unlawful in the USA but also internationally.
The acts by all those in the chain of command including ICE agents are unlawful and can be prosecuted for their crimes which could be easily include death if any occurred.
The Supreme Court decision that protects the President from prosecution for acts/behavior deemed unlawful wasn’t handed down to allow the President to carry out racist terrorism at will within this country. It was decided that in the course of lawful proceedings as president should something go terribly wrong the president could not be held for a crime.
The Alien Enemies Act has been found to be abused by the President within the context he is applying the law. Outcomes of law are as much a part of the Rule of Law as the words on the page. Asylum is a very important tool that defines the USA as a lawful and compassionate country. In that is a greater use of asylum that allows other countries to decide that Americans held in their custody are accustomed to receiving justice but not cruelty. This understanding is most important with our military and POWs.
So, the Rule of Law as DICTATED by the USA Constitution reigns in this country. Anyone taking frivolous Executive Orders as if law without reflecting on the outcomes of those orders is guilty of lawbreaking both domestically and internationally. While hubris of the idea Trump further abuses the law by issuing pardons as if tissues to sniffles of a nose, and believing they will be exonerated from heinous acts are extremely mistaken to the absolute resolve of their guilt. No promise of a pardon should ever be viewed as a guarantee to killing or otherwise. A president promising pardons for illegal behavior is guilty of abusing the power of the office.
Trump is protected by the Supreme Court decision while conducting himself within the guardrails of the USA Constitution. Going outside the Constitution and using executive orders and a pardon for unlawful decisions is NOT the act of a president. Being a rouge, unlawful president is just as illegal today as in the past before the Supreme Court decision.
Religious bigotry
By displaying himself in Papal garments Donald Trump is being disrespectful and that is religious bigotry. The Holy See should carry out whatever sanctions or public disdain the Vatican believes appropriate for wrongful behavior by a head of state.
That is Trump. He is a tabloid personality no matter what he does. His demeanor is rude, crude, and without healthy boundaries that respect others. I apologize to the Holy See for a rancorous display of hate by Donald John Trump. He is a profound embarrassment to many Americans.
I look forward to the orderly transition to the next Pope.
