The CDC can make recommendations. The CDC is supposed to back up its’ recommendations with solid science research. It is why the NIH is insisting on the funding for research. It is a public health issue.
Kennedy cannot make law and punish doctors. Doctors attend university, practice internships and residency for years. Specialist practice additional residency for at least two years.
The physicians and surgeons of the USA have practices and licenses and malpractice insurance companies to satisfy. They will not do anything to endanger human life.
At times like this, physician and surgeon organizations are way ahead of any incompetent administration.
Therefore, people need to have good communication skills with their physicians and surgeons rather than any propaganda literature created by this administration. Those personal measures are especially true of parents with the care of their children.
