One million US dollars per day

That is the cost to the America people for a national emergency declaration to Washington, DC alone. Johnson believes these measures are welcomed by the mayors. At a million dollars a day every American city could add far more security to their cities. Congress has to pass a bill providing a million dollars per day to occupied cities. What is the emergency now?

According to the law.

Congress is supposed to seek resolution of the emergency to end it. This Congress is riding the wave of racism and hatred for political purposes. 

Termination of any national emergency.

National emergencies can be declared by the president, but, after six months both houses of Congress are supposed to have reviewed the emergency for proper disposition. If Congress determines the national emergency should continue, then it is to reviewed every six months to facilitate termination of the national emergency. The Congress needs to make clear why it is continuing. 

There simply is no reason to have a national emergency to harass immigrants living successful lives.

Currently, there is no review by a SIMPLE majority of Congress about the so called national emergency which can be terminated with an Immigration Reform Bill such as the one President Biden proposed. The Biden Immigration Reform Bill did not pass because candidate Trump interfered with its vote. We know now the bill did not pass because Trump wanted a racist dictatorship consented to by the Republicans.

The national emergency declared by Trump is not a sincere emergency, but, a political stunt. 

Every court case should declare malfeasance with long standing laws by the Congress. The failure of Congress to pass an immigration reform bill allowing for politics to dominate is also criminal and has resulted in corruption and racketeering. Every litigation needs to make the courts aware of the lack of coherence with the law and request dismissal as well as protection from further harassment by the Trump administration.

With said malfeasance in place every deportation now carries the capacity for redress as well as suing for disruption of lives. Litigation should note the past attempts at immigration reform as well as the abandonment of the most recent bill by then Speaket McCarthey and the result as it is used today for an unreasonable emergency as Trump openly seeks a kingdom rather than democracy. Basically, the malfeasance is treason. In its current state Trump disobeys the law seeking to under mine the authority of the USA Constitution. 

This reality should be a matter of record in both Houses of Congress at this point. The Republicans majority in both houses is conducting malfeasance. In doing so they are violating the public trust and oath of office.
