Time to sanction China.

At the very same time China is demanding Taiwan end the military relationship with the USA, they send jets to demonstrate how Taiwan can't sever ties with the USA.

Taipei/Bejing - Chinese fighter jets crossed the median line (click here) of the sensitive Taiwan Strait on Friday in what the island's government slammed as a provocation, as a senior U.S. senator visited Taipei for a meeting with President Tsai Ing-wen that China condemned.

China claims democratically-ruled Taiwan as its own territory and has ramped up military and political pressure to try and force the island to accept Chinese rule....

Vandenberg Space Force Base (click here) will hold two launches in the next four days with one scheduled today, and one Sunday evening.

The first launch will be an unarmed Minotaur II intercontinental ballistic missile, in a first-ever test of a new re-entry vehicle developed by the Air Force, according to military officials.

The precise time of the launch was not provided Wednesday, but will take place this morning from the base, according to Vandenberg SFB officials.

The launch involves the first test of the Mk21A re-entry vehicle that the Air Force will use on future LGM-35A intercontinental ballistic missiles....

Except, there have been some problems with the space program. I think it is linked to cyber. Perhaps, not, but at the same time China is ratcheting up war mongering with Taiwan, this is happening to USA space programs.

A test rocket carrying a component for a future US nuclear (click here) armed intercontinental ballistic missile blew up 11 seconds after takeoff Wednesday night from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California, according to a statement from the base.

An investigation is underway and the debris only affected the immediate launch pad area.
This was the first test of the Mk21A Reentry Vehicle (RV) the part of the weapon that would hold a nuclear warhead if the system was operational. There was no nuclear element or armed component to this test.

The Mk21A is planned to be the reentry vehicle for the future LGM-35A Sentinel intercontinental ballistic missiles, a new ground-based nuclear intercontinental ballistic missile planned to replace the current Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile as a key element of the US nuclear deterrent capability....

The USA military nuclear silos better be in good operating order.

Why was the dissolving of Roe v. Wade religious bigotry?

Because it recognizes only one from of religion.

The Catholic Bishops have no place in stating they are proud of the USA.  They should be proud of their flock because their flock is not all inclusive in the USA.

There is no place for religious bigotry anywhere in this country. We have enough hate to deal with and now religious leaders are encouraging more of the same.

Pagans are raised defending the USA no different than any other American. They believed they are safe as are their children and family. The religious bigoted is changing the face of the USA and there are now religious victims.

All subpoenas for abortion information needs to STOP!

The USA Surgeon General has a mess on his hands. Roe v. Wade topples all sorts of medical interventions.

President Joe Biden (click here) will direct the federal government on Friday to take steps to protect access to abortion and other reproductive services following the recent Supreme Court’s decision overturning Roe v. Wade.

Biden will sign an executive order instructing the Department of Health and Human Services to protect and expand access to abortion care, including access to medication approved by the Food and Drug Administration as safe and effective for over 20 years.

The order tasks the department with taking additional steps to expand access to reproductive health services, including family planning services and providers, emergency contraception and long-acting reversible contraception like intrauterine devices, according to a fact sheet distributed by the White House.

The administration also is promising to increase outreach and public education on access to reproductive health care serves, including abortion, and to take steps to ensure the safety of patients and providers, including mobile clinics sent to borders to provide care for out-of-state patients....

Republicans are upending lives. The president needs to freeze this access until he and the Congress can address these insults to American lives. The prison system is not big enough either. End capital punishment!

It would be helpful if the AMA and the American Academy of Pediatrics would weigh in on all this. It isn't as though their hands aren't full with a global pandemic continuing.

A Louisiana judge (click here) will be weighing a challenge to the state's "trigger law" abortion ban in Orleans Parish Civil District Court Friday morning.

A ruling from a different judge last month temporarily allowed abortions in Louisiana to proceed while the lawsuit, which alleges the trigger laws are too confusing to enforce, is debated.

Here's what you need to know ahead of Friday's hearing:
What's happening?

Last month, Judge Robin Giarrusso, a Democrat first elected to the bench in 1988, agreed to a temporary injunction that stopped Louisiana's trigger law from taking effect soon after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade and said there was no constitutional right to abortion....

There is no way of delivering a baby from a ten year old girl either physically or emotionally. This is Russia by the way. This is the reality of girls in Russia. Every country Secretary Clinton went there was an effort to empower women and girls. I doubt it occurred to her it would be necessary in her own country.

I don't see these girls continuing in elementary school. They won't be able to survive the playground.

A 10-year-old girl in Colombia (click here) recently gave birth via caesarian section, placing her among the youngest mothers in the world. Though the girl is now recovering, her case highlights the dangers of pregnancy before maturity, doctors say.

"No 10-year-old anywhere in the world should be having a baby," Lewis Wall, a professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, told LiveScience.

According to Good Morning America, the 10-year-old girl, a member of the Wayuu tribe in Manaure, Colombia, delivered a 5-pound (2.26 kilogram) baby girl. The age of the father is not known, but Colombian police reportedly cannot press charges as the tribe is under its own jurisdiction....

Russian Separatists Seize Cargo Ships

Here we go. This is war. Russia is fully engaged in a war stance. It is attacking foreign ships, not those belonging to Ukraine. Russia is reckless and it CANNOT conduct itself internationally.

Russia is ignoring maritime law.

Russian Separatists Seize Cargo Ships

Russian-backed separatists have seized two foreign-flagged ships in the eastern Ukrainian port city of Mariupol, saying they are now “state property,” in the first such moves...

The USA is conducting seizure of Russian assets including bank funds. All those monies are going to Ukraine's self defense. Total Russian assets seized so far are in the billions.

Petroleum based energy is a huge mistake. This is not going to stop. Peak oil was 2005.

Earth is demanding alternative fuels. It is time to reach for the golden ring of alternative energies.

A Russian court order to halt oil loadings (click here) from a port in the Black Sea has unnerved European crude traders already reeling from the tightest regional market in years, sending prices for competing barrels spiraling.

On Tuesday, a Russian court ordered a 30-day stoppage of the CPC Terminal, through which more than 30 million barrels of mostly Kazakh crude gets exported each month. It said the halt is because the facility violated its oil-spill prevention plan.

If it comes to pass, the stoppage would be another blow to a European oil market that’s lost large amounts of supply to unrest in Libya, and seen sharply reduced shipments from elsewhere. For now the terminal is running as normal....

All of a sudden Russia is demanding ecological correctness. I never thought setting fuel on fire was ecologically correct. Containment booms and removing the oil works. The war is compromsing such actions, but, there is an answer to that and it is a peace agreement. If Russia was actually interested in Earth that would demand a peace agreement that Russia actually honors is the way to that goal.

A Russian missile (click here) has hit a tanker that has been drifting in the Black Sea for over four months and had been carrying diesel, the Interfax-Ukraine news agency reported on Thursday, citing Ukraine’s military which called the ship an “ecological bomb.”

The Moldova-flagged tanker Millennial Spirit has now been struck twice since Russia invaded Ukraine on Feb. 24.

It was first hit with a missile fired from a warship days after the invasion. Moldova said at the time that the ship had a Russian crew and two were seriously wounded.

Ukraine’s southern military command said when the vessel was struck in February it had more than 500 tonnes of diesel on board and that since then it had been drifting without a crew.

“Probably the remainder of the cargo is burning,” the military said in a statement cited by Interfax-Ukraine saying the tanker had been hit for a second time.

It called the vessel a “delayed-action ecological bomb” and blamed the fact it was drifting without a crew on a Russian blockade of Ukrainian ports. It said a Russian Kh-31 air-to-surface missile had struck the ship....

Japan needs to examine where this killer learned or developed his belief system.

Japanese former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe (click here) died after being shot during a political event earlier today. The man who attacked Abe was "dissatisfied" with him and wanted to kill him, local media reported, citing police sources.

The 41-year-old, a former member of the Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force, opened fire at Abe with an apparently homemade gun. Explosives were found at the shooter's house, officials said.

Shinzo Abe was making a campaign speech outside a train station in the western city of Nara when two shots rang out. Security officials were then seen tackling the suspect in a grey T-shirt and beige trousers.

A photograph of Abe showed him lying face-up on the street by a guardrail, blood on his white shirt. People were crowded around him, one administering heart massage....

Japan needs to realize the world democracies live in today. This assassination is beyond anything ever to visit modem day Japan. Japan has hostile neighbors in the region and the idea this could have been inspired by other powers is reasonable to believe.

Homemade guns and bullets are a concern for every society. The instructions are on the internet by amateurs as well as professionals and corporations. That aspect of the violence of guns is overlooked by people that rather have a safe and sane society.

Donald Trump removed himself from the board (click here) of his Sarasota-based social media company, records show, just weeks before the company was issued federal subpoenas by both the Securities and Exchange Commission and a grand jury in Manhattan.

Trump, the chairman of Trump Media and Technology Group, was one of six board members removed on June 8, state business records show.

Among the board members removed were Kashyap Patel, Trump's former point man in the White House; Scott Glabe, a former assistant to Trump who was counsel for the media company; and Donald Trump, Jr.

The SEC served Trump Media and Technology Group with a subpoena on June 27, according to a regulatory filing. Trump's media company owns Truth Social, an app similar to Twitter. Trump was banned by Twitter for inflammatory remarks concerning the insurrection....
