NATO is facing rebuke from China and Russia.

We are equal then, because, NATO allies rebuke China and Russia over creating threats to the global order. The West has facts on it's side and the Asia rouge nations do not.

June 30, 2022

NATO was facing rebukes (click here) from Moscow and Beijing on Thursday after it declared Russia a “direct threat” and said China posed “serious challenges ” to global stability....

The USA does not have sovereign authority in other countries.

These are also climate refugees. A human being has to have land to live on and Central America has received some of the worst of Atlantic hurricanes. There is also a pattern that brings the storms from the Pacific, too. There have been loss of crops, mudslides and landslides.

We saw what the climate crisis did to Yellowstone Park. That is basically what is happening to Central America. These countries don't necessarily have the resources to maintain their people when these impoverished communities are devastated.

Central America doesn't get a chance to recover before their is another storm upon them. The hotter the troposphere, the worse it can get.

YOUNG MIGRANT WORKER (click here)  WEEDS SUGAR BEETS FROM 7:00 A.M. UNTIL DUSK FOR $2.00 AN HOUR

June 30, 2022
By Adam Liptik

Washington - The Supreme Court (click here) on Thursday rejected a challenge to the Biden administration’s efforts to end a Trump-era immigration program that forces asylum seekers arriving at the southwestern border to await approval in Mexico.

Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. wrote the majority opinion, joined by Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh and the court’s three liberal members. Justice Amy Coney Barrett agreed with much of the chief justice’s analysis.

The challenged program, known commonly as Remain in Mexico and formally as the Migrant Protection Protocols, applies to people who left a third country and traveled through Mexico to reach the U.S. border. After the policy was put in place at the beginning of 2019, tens of thousands of people waited in unsanitary tent encampments for immigration hearings. There have been widespread reports of sexual assault, kidnapping and torture....

I struggle for words for this majority of the Supreme Court except stupidity. Corrupt is another good word.

There is nothing here that is malicious. All actions to combat the climate crisis is a benevolent act.

The global community needs to come up with a strategy to end the greenhouse gas emissions in the USA. The global community should minimize exporting any commodity to the USA that produces greenhouse gases. Tariffs need to be leveraged against the USA of these products. Trade restrictions for not limiting and ending greenhouse gas production by the enormous consumer base of the USA must be part of the strategy.

The idea the USA is not a leader to end a climate catastrophe is unconscionalbe. What can be done is for states in the USA can still lead. Trade relations with states of the USA can bring about change. California has very aggressive climate policies and it should not be punished by the global community. The global community should work with the states to end the pollution of greenhouse gases.

The Supreme Court on Thursday (click here) limited the Environmental Protection Agency’s ability to regulate carbon emissions from power plants, dealing a blow to the Biden administration’s efforts to address climate change.

The vote was 6 to 3, with the court’s three liberal justices in dissent, saying that the majority had stripped the E.P.A. of “the power to respond to the most pressing environmental challenge of our time.”

The ruling appeared to curtail the agency’s ability to regulate the energy sector, limiting it to measures like emission controls at individual power plants and, unless Congress acts, ruling out more ambitious approaches like a cap-and-trade system at a time when experts are issuing increasingly dire warnings about the quickening pace of global warming....

Men often accompany women to their abortions. Now, they are getting sterilizations.

That regression of society didn't take long.

Men have surrendered.

They don't want unwanted children. Abortions are about the men as well as the woman. Pregnancies are not necessarily welcome by the man involved. That is a very big fact and reality of modern society.

Thomas Figueroa (click here) always knew he didn’t want children. Growing up in Central Florida, he remembers his classmates getting pregnant as early as middle school and had considered getting a vasectomy for the past few years.

But after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade on Friday, he rushed to schedule one. He registered Monday for a vasectomy with Doug Stein, a Florida urologist known as the “Vasectomy King” for his advocacy of the procedure.

“It is something I put on the backburner of my mind until very recently, when the Supreme Court decision happened,” said Figueroa, 27, who lives in Tampa. “That was basically the triggering factor right there. It pushed my mind to say: ‘OK, I really do not want children. I’m going to get this vasectomy now.'”

Figueroa is not alone. Urologists told The Washington Post that they have seen a spike in requests for the procedure in response to the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

Stein said that before Friday, he received four or five vasectomy requests a day. Since the court’s decision was announced, that number has spiked to 12 to 18 requests per day.

It was very, very noticeable Friday, and then the number that came in over the weekend was huge and the number that is still coming in far exceeds what we have experienced in the past,” Stein told The Post. “Many of the guys are saying that they have been thinking about a vasectomy for a while, and the Roe v. Wade decision was just that final factor that tipped them over the edge and made them submit the online registration.”

Minnesota Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists names award winning journalists.

June 24, 2022

From breaking news coverage of Derek Chauvin’s conviction (click here) for murdering George Floyd to comprehensive investigations into police misconduct to in-depth reporting on COVID-19, the 2022 Page One Awards from the Minnesota Society of Professional Journalists (MNSPJ) highlighted the best of journalism during a challenging year.

Our Peter S. Popovich Award, given annually to the person or organization that best exemplifies the fight for First Amendment rights, went to Jared Goyette. Police fired a projectile at Goyette’s head while he was reporting on protests after Chauvin’s murder of George Floyd in 2020.
Goyette, a freelance journalist at the time, wasn’t alone in being targeted. He and other injured journalists went on to serve as plaintiffs in a class-action lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) against the city of Minneapolis, the Minnesota State Patrol and the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. Read more about Goyette’s story and the lawsuit here.

Deena Winter of Minnesota Reformer was named Journalist of the Year for strong reporting on police misconduct during protests after the murder of George Floyd, the bankruptcies of My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell and more standout coverage. Judges noted the sheer scope of her reporting skills deserved “the highest praise.”...

If Alito isn't leaking decisions he is using the Shadow Docket to sink voting rights.

Over dissents from the three liberal Justices,
#SCOTUS issues unsigned, unexplained shadow docket order putting Louisiana's congressional maps (which a district court blocked) back into effect and adding the case to the merits docket for next

The Louisiana congressional map is in violation according to the Voting Rights Act of 1964.

This may was vetoed by the Louisiana Governor.

By Wesley Muller, Julie O'Donoghue and JC Canicosa

The White Republican majority (click here) in the Louisiana Legislature exerted its influence on political redistricting with maps that maintain their control across a state that has grown increasingly diverse. Lawmakers concluded a special session Friday with the approval of new lines for Louisiana’s seats in Congress, keeping five majority-White districts and one majority-Black.

Updated maps for the state school board, Public Service Commission and the Louisiana House and Senate also kept the same share of minority districts, despite Census data that show Louisiana with a Black population of 33% and 40% of residents who identify as a minority.

To keep district lines where they want them, GOP legislators will likely have at least two more major hurdles to clear: possible vetoes from Gov. John Bel Edwards and lawsuits from civil rights and voter advocacy groups.

“I remain adamant that the maps should reflect the growth of the African American population in our state over the last 10 years, allowing for minority groups to have an opportunity at electing candidates of their own choosing,” Edwards said in a statement after lawmakers adjourned, “and I do have concerns that several of the maps do not fulfill that moral and legal requirement.”...

There is a method to solve the gerrymandering problem and was the method used before gerrymandering was invented. When the USA Census states there is a population increase there are more US Representatives added rather than manipulating the map. It is a method with respect as it provides more assistance to citizens than simply shifting the same number of US Representatives around the country.

There are currently 435 US House of Representatives. There were not that many when there were 13 original states.

Hello, America.

Cassidy Hutchinson has a full understanding of the federal government at it's highest levels.

“No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.”

Trump

“…great malice of forethought…”

Trump and any of his family, former cabinet and/or staff that continues to have national security access should be suspended until further notice. The exception to that is Former Vice President Pence and anyone providing truthful information to the January 6th Committee.

The USA Joint Chefs has the capacity to convene tribunals of personnel past and present that could be a national security threat.

Russian excuses for deaths in mall does not track with the truth.

June 28, 2022
By Paul D. Shinkman

Russia on Tuesday claimed its missile strike (click here) on a shopping mall in central Ukraine that killed more than a dozen civilians in fact hit a military munitions depot, defying international condemnation of an apparent war crime at a time Western countries supporting Kyiv are moving toward new strategies to break the increasingly deadly conflict there.

“The hangar was bombed, where European and American weapons and ammunition arrived,” Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Tuesday morning during a meeting with ministers of the Caspian states....

An earlier attack was on Kyiv's residential areas. It was this strike matched with that of the shopping mall that lead me to the conclusion the river was being used to hit the people of Ukraine. Both these strikes resulted in the death of children. That is genocide. It is completely indiscriminate in the place where the bombs land. If Russia does not have the capacity to avoid areas where innocent people and their children live, work, attend school and shop then Russia should not be conducting such attacks. To continue these strikes matched with the deaths since the beginning of Russia's illegal invasion dictates it is genocide.

June 26, 2022

...One person died and at least six were wounded (click here) in a Russian missile strike that hit a residential apartment block in Kyiv. The city’s Deputy Mayor, Volodymyr Bondarenko, said four of the injured were admitted to the hospital as search and rescue operations continue.

Bondarenko also said a kindergarten was hit in the missile strike but no one was injured, and video from Ukraine’s Ministry of Internal Affairs showed a large missile funnel in the backyard of the kindergarten.

Those injured in the residential block included a 7-year-old girl, he said. Her mother, a 35-year-old woman named Katerina, was rescued from the rubble and put into an ambulance. She is a citizen of Russia, but had lived in Kyiv for a long time....

There is every reason to believe these strikes are facilitated by Belarus, especially along the river. If Belarus continues to support Putin's genocide it is as guilty as the Russian military and Putin himself.

These strikes coincides with NATO's meeting and additional sanctions. It could be inferred NATO is in Putin's sights and the USA is correct in putting more troops in Europe.

Something is going on with COVID-19.

There  (click here) is a significant increase of new cases, hospitalizations and
deaths.

Michiganders are notorious for not using masks.

Over the last week, (click here) Michigan reported 14,353 new COVID-19 cases, an average of 2,050.4 per day, and 174 new deaths, according to data released Tuesday by the state health department.

The daily average for new cases increased by 34.4% compared to last week, and the daily average of new deaths represent a 152.2% increase from the previous report.

These increases are only for a six day week and not a full seven day week in Michigan.

Last week, the state changed its weekly data release from Wednesdays to Tuesdays, reporting only 6 days of cases and deaths for last week....

The Red State culture is just that much of a threat.

I thought, at the time the Supreme Court dissolved the right for every American woman to have a safe and legal abortion, which companies would regret their migration to states like Texas.

Now is an opportunity for Blue States to extend invitations to companies that may have left the state. The Republicans never thought it through as to what may happen in the wake of the practice and policy of extremism.

I am not surprised Governor Baker is looking to bring business back to Massachusetts or new business wanting to make the move. One of the reasons business in the USA flourishes is because of the large number of consumers, but, also because of freedom. Companies have less management concerns in the USA and are heard in DC to their hurdles to prosperity. Not that all decisions side with corporations, but, they do have a voice.

Oppression; yes it is oppression; such as the cancelling of Roe v. Wade makes doing business and maintaining employees more difficult. Women employees will become less desirable. Women will find it more difficult to be employed. Pregnant women in the work place will be common place and will add to a negative impact on companies with medical and family leave. It is possible to drain an entire office if there are women all become pregnant at the same time. Don't say it can happen, the birth rate after a long electrical black out increases nine months later.

No one in their right minds will want to live in a state such as Texas where rights of citizens are fluid and chronically under threat. The Bible Belt of the USA has always been the highest level of poverty and now it is clear as to why.

Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker (click here) said Monday that the state may “encourage” employers headquartered in states that have effectively outlawed abortion to relocate to or expand their operations in the Bay State, The Boston Globe reported.

Massachusetts has some of the strongest abortion protections in the country, and state lawmakers are considering doing more to defend the right to an abortion through funding for reproductive healthcare access, State House News Service (SHNS) reported Monday.

“I do believe that having listened to and heard from a lot of companies over the course of the past several days about what this decision means with respect to their workforces and their benefit plans, that .there may in fact be a big opportunity here for Massachusetts to encourage some employers to either come here or expand their footprint here, as we are a state that takes this issue seriously,” Baker said....

Mark Meadows’ was invested in the coup.

Mark Meadows found Trump’s plot to coup the 2020 election convenient because he never lawfully lived in the district he represented in the US House. Meadows had reasons to look the other way.

What is hideous about Trump’s ambitions to be at the Capitol to the point where he assailed his own Secret Service agent is the reality was it was a mob. No matter how much Trump believes “these are my people” his survival of the day was not guaranteed. If January 6th went very wrong everyone including Trump could have been dead and the power of the country would have fallen to the Governors to instill Marshall Law while linking to the military.

The reality is that if one AR-15 made it into the Joint Session with everyone still there and Trump and his entourage present everyone could be dead. The entire governing body of the federal government could have been wiped away. White Supremacists were/are using Trump as a vehicle.

The Secretary of State is third in line with an intact federal government. The federal government would be in disarray.

January 6th Committee Meeting - June 28, 2022

 1:00 pm

The committee and witness arrive to room.

1:02 Chaiman Thompson has opened the meeting. The witness is seated.

The mission of the committee is entered into the record today. The Select Committee has a massive amounts of evidence to the investigation. There is some difficulty getting all the information, but the witnesses today and in the past are courageous to bring information to the committee.

Vice Chairwoman Cheney reviewed those that have given testimony. She states the witness today, Ms. Cassidy Hutchinson (click here), has important information as an assistant to Vice President Pence. She knew a great deal about the activities of the Trump White House. Future hearings will clarify the information from Ms. Hutchinson today.

1:08 Ms. Cassidy Hutchinson is introduced by Chairman Thompson and she is sweared in.

She has served in sensitive government jobs. She was a special assistant to the President. Her day was fluid as there was no strick agenda on any given day. She was also responsible for security to Mr. Meadows and the president. She became a trusted and important person to Mark Meadows. She handled whatever the Chief of Staff Meadows needed for the day. She infers she was carrying out the president's requests through Mr. Meadows.

A map of the West Wing of the White House. Her desk was between the Oval Office and others. There is a short distance from the Oval Office and her office. It takes a few seconds to walk to the Oval Office from her office.

Vice Chairwoman Cheney states Ms. Hutchinson was able to understand the planning for the insurrection of January 6th. Giuliani states to her after a meeting in the Oval Office, "You must be excited about January 6th." She spoke to Mr. Meadows after the that interaction with Giuliani and Mr. Meadows stated he was aware of "things might get real, real bad on January 6th."

When hearing Giuliani and Meadows response Ms. Hutchinson became scared for what might be transpiring on January 6th and the planning for January 6th.

December 2020, Mr. Radcliff was nominated by Trump to oversee US Intelligence. Mr. Radcliff felt the insurrection of January 6th was not something the White House should be involved in. It would be bad for the president's legacy. Director Radcliff stated things could get out of hand.

Mrs. Hutchinson states the post election period was filiing complaints and moving toward an obstruction of the placement of Joe Biden in the presidency. "Occupy federal buildings and invading the capital building," by Mr. Donoghue. "Patriots must be at the Capitol Building to prevent Biden from office." The White Supremacists entered conversations in the White House the closer it got to January 6th. "Congress itself is the target on the January 6th."

January 4th call the national security advisor Robert O'Brien wanted to speak to Mark Meadows to talk to him about the anticipated danger on the 6th. Tony Ornado was also someone Mr. O'Brien wanted to talk to because he was the most responsible for security of White House staff and he was the conducit between the White House and the Secret Service.

"..we had info reports stating there could be violence on the 6th..."

Wshington, DC police arrested armed persons with weapons on the evening of the 5th.

Mags (magnatomitors) screened people that had weapons of a variety was allowed in the meeting on the elipse. Near the elipse were people with AR-15s and glock style pistols. They were outside the Mags. Men carrying AR-15s at 14th and Independence Ave at 0800 on the 6th and at the 1100 hour of January 6th.

Meeting with Tony Ornado and Mark Meadow at 1000 on the 6th revealed the fact the White House knew the variety of weapons including deadly weapons were in the crowd/mob.

She remembers Mark Meadows not verbalizing acknowledgement of the dangers. Mr. Ornado states he made Donald John Trump aware of the weapons in the mob. Mr. Meadows did not act on the concerns of Mr. Ornado.

1;31 Texts messages ORM. The president was furious because he wanted the arena of the elipse maxed in size to allow all those attending in the arena. She was in the tent area behind the stage. Trump was concerned about the camera view to provide a view of a very numerous attendees. Trump was furious about the people with weapons being left out of the arena and demanded the Mags be removed. "The armed people were not there to hurt him."

The attendees of the arena with weapons did not want them confiscated if they went through the Mags. Trump wanted the Mags removed. He stated it twice. Donald John Trump was aware the people in the arena at the Elipse with or without weapons would be marching to the Capitol. There were some persons wearing body armor.

The mob walked to the Capitol after Trump's direction to do so. Security on the scene made the assessment there was not enough security at the Capitol to contain the mob. It was becoming clear to those staffing that day, including the Secret Service, that the violence was overwhelming the Capitol. The police were overwhelmed and it was being discussed. Mark Meadows was talking secretly to someone on the phone. Ms. Hutchinson was not allowed to hear what Meadows was saying in the Control Car. The door was slammed shut to Ms. Hutchinson twice. At one point Mr. Meadows asked how much longer was Trump's speech at the elipse.

The violence before Trump's instructions to march to the Capitol occurred because the White Supremacists were at the US Capitol already and by 10 AM. Those plans were made in a car garage the night before at the very least. So, Trump's speech to instruct the mob at the Elipse was simply more people to assist with the coup of the Joint Convened Congress.

Scheduled Movement is on the official schedule to be known to the staff and Secret Service as well as the public. That is set days before in anticipation of security in place.

OTR is less planned and does not have to be known to the public/press.

January 3rd Cipilloni briefly stated "We need to make sure this doesn't happen...." We would have legal complications if the insurrection went forward. Ciplloni stated, "Please don't let the movement happen." Because of charges of potentially obstructing justice and defrauding the electoral count. Cipolloni was worried it would be viewed as inciting a riot.

Nick Luna stated he wanted to speak at the Capitol. Max Miller stated the president would be driving to the Capitol. Trump brought up the subject. Mr. Lima states he was aware of the desire of the president to march or accompany attendees to the Capitol.

NSC staff believed that MOGUL (the president) was going to the Capitol and was looking for the best possible route. The day of the insurrection the NSC was aware of the calls by Capitol Police asking for help. McCarthy called Ms. Hutchinson explained the president just said he was marching to the Capitol. McCarthy states figure out the movement of the president because he was not going to the Capitol. Mr. Ornado was made aware.

Scheduled movement was not clear about Trump's arrival to the Capitol. Mr. Hutchinson was not aware of Trump's plans on January 6th once reaching the Capitol. A speech possibly at the Capitol and/or entering the Joint Session during the Electoral Vote Count.

She returned to the White House and Mr. Ornado asked her to his office. Bobby Engle was the chief officer in the Trump detail. Trump entered The Beast and was told he was not going to the Capitol. Trump became irrate and demanded to go to the Capitol. He was told they would be going back to the West Wing and Trump became physical to disable the driver and redirect the travel of the car to the Capitol.  The facts were not disputed to Ms. Hutchinson.

Kayleigh McEnery knew of Trump's whereabouts.

In a brusque statement, (click here) McEnany claimed that “there is only one word for anyone who suggests I was ever a White House employee: liar.”

The transmission of the January 6th committee meeting is being interriupted on MSNBC by claimed discontinuance of the signal. North State Communications in North Carolina.

Ms. Hutchinson states she witnessed Donald John Trump throwing china and food when he was ill tempered. Bill Barr states when he offered to resign Donald John Trump slammed the desk in anger.

2:01 pm Committee taking a break for 10 minutes.

Using my phone is a better idea.

Television looks better. I think there are many people watching this and the signal has to be boosted from time to time.

2:15 pm Committee is back and Vice Chairman Cheney began with an introduction of Mr. Stone and General Flynn and their pledging. Flynn was pardoned and Stone's sentence was commuted.

January 5th Mark Meadows called Stone and Flynn on the 5th. Mr. Hutchinson is unaware of the contents of the conversation. The Willard Hotel was called the War Room. Meadows was discouraged to go to the Willard Hotel that evening. Giuliani and his associates were not trustworthy to Ms. Hutchinson. Mark Meadows did not go to the Willard Hotel but dialed into the meeting.

"Was the violence on January 6th was justified morally or legally? Does General Flynn believe in the peaceful transfer of power. Flynn asks, "The Fifth" to all questions.

2 to 2:05 pm The "rioters" were getting closer to the Capitol. Mark Meadows was in his office. Ms. Hutchinson asked Meadows if he was watching the crowd on the television. Meadows states he saw the events on television but the president wanted to be alone at that moment. Neither Meadows or Trump expressed concern or a need to end the march as they were closer in proximity of the Capitol.

Cipolloni barrelling down the hallway and asked for Mark Meadows. He started to shake his head and opened the door to Meadows office. Meadows states the President does not want to do anything about the violence. Cipolloni stated there was grave concern for the violence. Trump was doing nothing and not discussing it with his staff.

2:15pm a tweet went out. It might had been 2:14 pm on the 6th. The conversations in the Oval Office dining room was about the hang Mike Pence chants. A couple of minutes later Cipolloni stated that Mark Meadows needed to do something more. The president states to Meadows the mob was doing nothing wrong. "Their" is the rioters at the Capitol.

Trump defends the insurgents about the chant of hanging Mike Pence.

2:24 pm - Trump tweet - The Vice President does not have the courage to do what needs to be done. Ms. Hutchinson states to the best of my ability and  as a staff felt personally sad, disappointed, disgusted and frustrated. She believes the insurrection was unpatriotic. "The Capitol Building was being defaced for a lie." She feels she has not recovered from the emotions she had that day. Basiscally she was highly conflicted that day.  PTSD?

The "Mike Pence didn't have the courage" was a warning to some of the staff and there were resignations. DeVos there is no misunderstanding the impact of Trump and Chow stated she was deeply troubled in a way that she cannot set it aside.

Three camps that day in the White House:

l. working to get him to take action

2. a more neutral group - advisors toeing the line and knew Trump didn't want to take action

3. deflect and blame - blame antifa as the mob is not their people

White House Council Office wanted a strong statement to cause the "rioters" to stop and leave the Capitol.

3:00 PM written on the Chief fo Staff note card a potential statement for Trump - illegal phrase and it was disregarded and never issued

Ivanka wanted Trump to send people home. She wanted Trump to tell the insurgents to go home peacefully.

Laura Ingraham wrote to Trump. Did she or any of her associates go on the air to condem the violence? I didn't think so.

Laura O'Donnell stated Leader McCarthy believed it was Un-American and he condems the violence. Disappointed and sad, this is not who we are...this has to stop now. I conveyed to the president what needs to do and asked him to do that. (televisions "hot" 24/7")

Republican Senator on video told Trump to end the violence.

4:17 pm - Trump calls for peace and expresses affirming statement to his affection for them. Trump never condemned the attack.

January 6th evening

3:31 pm Hannity asked Mark Meadows to have Trump ask the insurgents to leave the Capitol.

Wow, the staff formulated a defeat of Trump's directives and having Vice President in charge of the country. Impeachment and 25th Amendment is real and people will quit.

The Cabinet Secretaries was discussing the 25th Amendment and Ms. Hutchinson was aware and reported it to Mark Meadows.

Pat Filbin wrote a speech for Trump on January 7th to address the events of the 6th. Filbin and Cipilloni were rejected by Donald John Trump. Calling the insurgents violent and prosecuting them. Trump didn't believe the insurrectionists were not wrong but Pence was wrong that day. Trump stated he would like to pardon the insurgents.

Pat Philbin (click here) is based in the firm’s new Washington office. In almost thirty years of practice, including service in senior roles in the federal government, Mr. Philbin has gained deep experience in a broad range of matters from litigating disputes for Fortune 100 companies, to responding to congressional investigations, to crisis management involving legal issues that make front-page news stories. In addition to handling critical litigation matters, Mr. Philbin will draw on his extensive experience both in and out of government to counsel clients confronted with complex legal issues that present challenges on several fronts and may require interacting with the legislative branch and executive agencies as well as seeking solutions in court. In his varied experience as a litigator, he has presented argument in myriad state, federal, and tribal trial courts, in eight of the thirteen federal courts of appeals, before the International Court of Justice at The Hague, and before the United States Senate sitting as a Court of Impeachment.

Mr. Philbin spent over fifteen years as a litigation partner at a major international law firm where he litigated matters at both the trial and appellate levels for Fortune 100 clients....

Mark Meadows encouraged the speech to include pardoning the insurgents. Giulianli wanted a presidential pardon as did Mark Meadows in relation to the insurrection.

2:50 pm Vice Chairwoman's closing statement. She states the country is in debt to Ms. Hutchinson. I second that. Both ladier are very brave.

A practice that raised significant concern if witnesses were contacted to influence their statements to the committee.

Being a team player is important and Trump reads transcripts. THOSE ARE DIRECT THREAT TO FEDERAL WITNESSES.  It sounds like racketering.

2:54 Chairman Thompson states regardless of poor memories of some witnesses, due to people like Ms. Hutchinson the truth will be known.

2:55 pm Adjorned.

The One Man Grand Jury charges are vacated and sent back to the lower courts.

There should be a Grand Jury convened to determine the charges to the Flint nine.

June 28, 2022
By Arpan Lobo

The Michigan Supreme Court (click here) sided with a trio of former state officials charged for their involvement in the Flint drinking water crisis, issuing an opinion Tuesday that a lower court judge erred in using a "one-man grand jury" to issue indictments against the officials last year.

The unanimous opinion, with one justice not participating, calls for the cases against former state officials Nick Lyon, Nancy Peeler and Richard Baird to return to the Genesee Circuit Court for preliminary examinations.

In 2021, Genesee County Circuit Judge David Newblatt charged the group, and six others — including former Gov. Rick Snyder — for their involvement in the Flint water crisis, without a preliminary examination, which allows for cross-examination of witnesses before trial. Appeals to Newblatt's decision were rejected, bringing arguments to the Michigan Supreme Court.

In regard to the Supreme Court's decision regarding women's health...

... there will be more younger women that will seriously consider sterilization.

There are a few forms of sterilization that comes to mind. But, the idea sterilization will be used to prevent births is alarming. The options for life's ambitions for men and women will narrow and extreme choices will come into sight.

Sometimes it takes a few years, even ten or more, for a couple to find their path forward to prosperity. But, at the end of that process, the couple may decide the path forward defines room for children. I would hate to think these couples would choose sterilization and later find their only real answer to have children is adoption or surrogate mothers or test tube fertilization only to have the eggs implanted to the woman's uterus.

These realities will become more prominent as abortion will no longer be a choice.

Abandoning abortion is completely wrong. Taking abortion away from these women will result in sterilization. They are not hard wired to children as their life's ambition. They see children as an enhancement to their lives.

...The share of U.S. women (click here) at the end of their childbearing years who have ever given birth was higher in 2016 than it had been 10 years earlier. Some 86% of women ages 40 to 44 are mothers, compared with 80% in 2006, according to a Pew Research Center analysis of U.S. Census Bureau data.1 The share of women in this age group who are mothers is similar to what it was in the early 1990s....

...Four years after the Baby M case, (click here) which provoked calls for strict regulation of surrogate motherhood, if not an outright ban, surrogacy is not only actively practiced but expanding in a new direction, bringing new hope to some families and, at the same time, highlighting a host of ethical and legal concerns.

Wife's Eggs and Husband's Sperm

The Baby M case, in which the surrogate mother fought to keep the baby she had carried, involved what physicians now call traditional surrogacy. The surrogate mother is impregnated through artificial insemination with the sperm of the husband from the couple who have hired her. The surrogate is thus the genetic mother of the baby....

These were settled issues for a long time. Alito's political ambitions in ending abortion has opened all this again. The Surgeon General needs to open a task force to re-examine all these issues. Americans need options without exploitation and/or invasion of privacy.

...In New Jersey in 1985, (click here) a woman of no great means, Mary Beth Whitehead, entered into a contract with William Stern, whose wife, Elizabeth, had multiple sclerosis and feared she could endure severe health problems were she to become pregnant. For $10,000, equivalent to about $22,000 today, Ms. Whitehead agreed to be inseminated with Mr. Stern’s sperm, carry the pregnancy to term and then yield parental rights to the more affluent Sterns. But after the birth of a girl, referred to as Baby M in court papers, Ms. Whitehead had a change of heart. She chose to forsake the $10,000 and keep the girl. Predictably, matters went about as well as they did for Hagar and Sarai. The Sterns sued....

Passing judgement on Americans in paternal decision making is NOT the way they feel safe and happy in order to start families. They will stop having families and opt for fullment and purpose in different ways.

Give them an inch and they take a mile.

The Dnipro River needs to be scoured for Belarus and/or Russian ship(s) with missiles. It is a method to operate under the radar.

Ukraine should have patrol boats on that river. They need to be prepared for conflict.

In the image to the left the river widens just before the target. That is where they can be found. It is where they fired the missile. They knew what they were doing. It was a deliberate strike. It is a relatively short distance missle.

The muscle flexing at the Belarus border was a distraction.

Missile attack (click here) on Kremenchuk hit shopping mall with over 1,000 civilians, building is on fire – Zelensky

This was intentional. There is no missile that lands in Ukraine that is hitting innocent people by mistake. This is more of Putin's genocide.

The report is that this is ONE bomb. It was incendiary and illegal.

(Beirut) – The Russian-Syrian joint military operation (click here) has used internationally banned and other indiscriminate weapons in unlawful attacks on civilians in northwest Syria in recent weeks, Human Rights Watch said today. According to the United Nations, the area is home to 3 million civilians, at least half of whom had been displaced from elsewhere in Syria.

There is a reason why President Zelensky has continued attacks in the Eastern region of Ukraine and it is because any hint of weakness turns the communist zealots loose to do exactly this.

G7 has ruled for more sanctions on Russia. The biggest blow is Russian gold. Switzerland imported Russia gold in May (click here). Basically, what is happening is that the world makes decisions about Russia and Putin kills more Ukrainians.

There is a meeting in Poland about rebuilding Ukraine so some of the people could return. While Ukraine's leaders were optimistic about rebuilding the country, Putin put an end to the idea by sending missiles to kill innocent citizens in Kyiv and Kremenchuk. The attacks were deliberate. Citizens were deliberately targeted. This is definitely genocide and until Russia ends it's assault for some reason or another this will continue forever.

These attacks are the same form of terrorism used by Al Qaeda. Fill the people full of fear and they will turn against their government.

Where is Dennis? Yes, Dennis Rodman. Where is he?

Dennis has been successful in finding friends in that region of the world.  Someone needs to start a dialogue.

In this undated photo (click here) published on Sept. 7, 2013, on the homepage of North Korea's Rodong Sinmun newspaper, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, left, talks with former NBA player Dennis Rodman during a dinner in North Korea. North Korea is expecting another visit by former NBA bad boy Rodman on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, in what would be his first to the country since President Donald Trump took office. Basketball superstar Brittney Griner arrives Monday at a hearing at the Khimki Court, outside Moscow. Griner, a two-time Olympic gold medalist and a WNBA champion, was detained in February on charges of carrying vape cartridges containing cannabis oil.

Moscow - Brittney Griner (click here) briefly appeared in public Monday, and moved one step closer to facing trial on drug charges in Russia. In a short court proceeding, a judge ordered Griner to be detained for the length of her trial, Griner's legal team told NPR.

The next hearing is scheduled for Friday, July 1, Griner's lawyer, Alexander Boikov, said. The trial will officially start that day, but it will begin with technical matters such as reading the indictment and reviewing case files, he added.

The news emerged from a preliminary court session that was closed to the public — but journalists did get a rare glimpse of Griner as the WNBA center walked through a hallway in the courthouse....

Putin is most probably using this very tall professional basketball player for propaganda campaigns. Russia is always being found out when they use performance enhancing drugs. Mr. Griner has been taken because she is female and tall. The fact she is a female professional basketball player lines up in a contorted way with Putin's rantings about trans-women in female sports. He has made speeches about how trans-women are going to take over women's olympic sports.

Ms. Griner was most likely targeted for search in hopes she was carrying performance enhancing drugs. Has a blood test been used in the prosecution of a very minor infraction in the law. The blood test could be contaminated by Russian trainers so Putin could make his case to Russia and the Olympics.

Ms. Griner is a political prisoner and nothing short of it. The NBA is silent and I have no idea why. A very important professional player was arrested. We do not know if she was set up. But, if she wasn't, her use of the oil was legal in the USA. She wasn't selling anything, she brought her personal equipment with her for personal use. If Russia is accepting visitors and/or tourists, they have to make concessions for such minor issues that are completely legal in the USA. Tourists and/or visitors should be informed when they enter the Russia and showing their passport that their personal belongings will be searched. If Russia finds contraband the person may not know it is contraband. The article(s) should be put in a locker and then made available back to the owner when they exit the country. Allowing these problems in Russia only sets up foreigners to be arrested and used for Putin's politics.

If there is a chance Dennis Rodman could be helpful and perhaps have a high profile visit with Ms. Griner that his friend in North Korea can arrange, then it should be done. It is wrong for the NBA to remain quiet.

The Russian teams should be suspended from competition. Their country is unpredictable and who knows what kind of espionage Putin will pull to cause problems for his political propaganda at home. The Russian athletes should stay in Russia. They are a political football. What if they decide to defect? No one needs it.

Russian teams (click here) have been suspended from playing in next season’s EuroLeague basketball competitions, following the country’s invasion of Ukraine, organisers said on Thursday. The invasion, which Moscow insists is a “special military operation”, has led to logistical problems, Euroleague said.

“The decision is taken due to the increasing difficulties for teams to play games against teams from that country, which include air travel restrictions and prohibitions or other limitations to issuing visas to Russian residents,” the Euroleague board said in a statement....

FOX News is endorsing malpractice and insurrection. The FCC needs to act.

FOX News characterized the six Supreme Court Justices as courageous. (click here) That is rewarding and enforcing malpractice of the Rule of Law. FOX News complains about the dissenting judges as lacking the legal basis of Roe.

The Supreme Court has eliminated the liability of police when they ignore Miranda Rights. The six judges are radical extremists and are dismantling all civil rights, Miranda is part of the backbone of our criminal system.

THE SIX JUDGES ARE CARRYING OUT THE AGENDA OF THE FEDERALIST SOCIETY. DISMANTLING CIVIL RIGHTS AND INSTILLING RELIGIOUS ZEALOTRY IS SHIFTING THE CHARACTER OF THE USA CONSTITUTION.

The magic words (click here) beginning the Miranda warning that many know by heart – "you have the right to remain silent" – may be enshrined in Hollywood shows and films, but Thursday's Supreme Court decision means its civil rights protections will be significantly reduced, legal experts told USA TODAY.

The 6-3 decision, with the court's three liberal judges dissenting, in Vega v. Tekoh, essentially concluded that failing to "Mirandize" or give someone their Miranda warning, does not allow a person to sue law enforcement for a federal civil rights violation of the Fifth Amendment's protection against compelled self-incrimination....

The remaining decisions (click here):

Every one of these decisions are explosive. Count on the Robert's Court to do absolutely the wrong thing.

Religious liberty: High school football coach who prayed after games

The First Amendment's Establishment Clause prohibits the government from making any law “respecting an establishment of religion.” This clause not only forbids the government from establishing an official religion, but also prohibits government actions that unduly favor one religion over another.

The Establishment Cause was specifically placed in the USA Constitution because of the persecution character of the English King authorized by the Church's demands of it's subjects. By enforcing the Churches rules and commandments the King was considered good and benevolent regardless how brutal and cruel it all was.

The Robert's Cout has been chipping away at the wall between church and state beginning with vicious intent of the "W" administration. I remember "W" stating to a crowd at the White House that "One day perhaps the end of Roe will come to pass." Some of the right wing believes in voodoo thinking about Roe and abortion. They believe the attacks of September 11, 2001 occurred because of the sins of the country.

Immigration: Remain in Mexico

Climate change: EPA authority to regulate emissions from power plants

The five year review of the Clean Air Act is being disabled. The Clean Air Act clearly states there is a five year review of the entire country regarding air quality and the law now has to address that reporting.

THIS FIVE YEAR REVIEW IS A RECORD BY THE PEOPLE. ANYONE CAN MAKE TESTIMONY REGARDING AIR QUALITY DURING THESE SESSIONS EVERY FIVE YEARS.

I believe it was 2003 when carbon dioxide was entered into the five year record. I know that because I was the one that did it in Raleigh, North Carolina. I remember it as if yesterday. The illegal war in Iraq was raging and I remember the timer at the front of the room that provides a 5 minute guidance for verbal testimony showed I had one more minute after my prepared statements. As a result I entered a spontaneous protest of the military owning and training bottlenose dolphins for their own use. It was cruelty to animals. Dophins are also an endangered species and the ones the military was using prevented them from participating in the repopulation of the species.

In a five minute testimony and 21 page document I stated that carbon dioxide at certain levels creates a toxic and dangerous atmosphere. Two weeks after the five year review closed on May 2nd "W" appeared in the Rose Garden and stated, "Carbon dioxide could never be a toxic gas and there was no such thing as global warming." About two months later, US Senator Barbara Boxer brought a bill out of committee to the floor of the Senate invoking regulation of carbon dioxide.

It is that five year review that is being dismantled by the Robert's Court. The Clean Air Act addresses many gases that cause disease and danger of NOX and SOX, toxic gases and particulate matter, but, it does not address greenhouse gases directly. The Clean Air Act was written in the 1970s and "Silent Spring" didn't include greenhouse gases in it's tragic scenario.

Late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg had an interesting advocacy for the climate crisis (click here). The dissent of Roberts, Thomas, Alito and the Late Scalia in MASSACHUSETTS, ET AL., PETITIONERS v. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ET AL. (click here) tells what was the assaulting horizon that is now becoming reality.

The five year review of the Clean Air Act is the EXACT best place to bring alarm to the federal legislature to act to protect all Americans. The Clean Air Act is written to effect change in all 50 states as one state receiving contaminants from another state can move against the offending state to end the contamination.

The Robert's Court is dismantling the USA Constitution's veracity.

Is the threat real and immediate?

Sometimes the federal criminal code is inappropriate for such charges in the time we live in.

Georgetown Law (click here) The fact sheet by Georgetown Law sounds good but when reading the actual cited statutes the threat crime is qualified if connected to extortion. While the dialogue by Georgetown Law sounds exceedingly correct in relating to the crimes of insurrectionists, the actual statutes fall short and in relation to extortion.

The statute is qualified by extortion. It depends on the state. New Jersey laws will prosecute for death threats according to state statutes.

California actually addresses death threats that CAUSE FEAR.

California Penal Code Section 422 (click here) — California’s law on criminal threats — defines “criminal threats” as the crime of threatening to kill or seriously injure someone. The crime is committed when you intentionally place another person in fear of being killed or seriously injured....

Federal legislators must address this gap in the law. The California law is far better than any of the federal statues I have read. Death threats cause people to pause and reflect. In the case of election workers the job and/or volunteer position just isn't worth staying invovled in elections. Threat laws must be updated to include any connection with insurrection. Election workers are a target of insurrectionists.

Washington - “Do you feel safe? You shouldn’t.” (click here)

In August, 42-year-old Travis Ford of Lincoln, Neb., posted those words on the personal Instagram page of Jena Griswold, the secretary of state and chief election official of Colorado. In a post 10 days later, Mr. Ford told Ms. Griswold that her security detail was unable to protect her, then added:

“This world is unpredictable these days … anything can happen to anyone.”

Mr. Ford paid dearly for those words. Last week, in U.S. District Court in Lincoln, he pleaded guilty to making a threat with a telecommunications device, a felony that can carry up to two years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. He did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

But a year after Attorney General Merrick B. Garland established the federal Election Threats Task Force, almost no one else has faced punishment. Two other cases are being prosecuted, but Mr. Ford’s guilty plea is the only case the task force has successfully concluded out of more than 1,000 it has evaluated.

Public reports of prosecutions by state and local officials are equally sparse, despite an explosion of intimidating and even violent threats against election workers, largely since former President Donald J. Trump began spreading the lie that fraud cost him the 2020 presidential election....

...The depth of election workers’ fear was underscored in hearings this month by the congressional panel investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, assault at the U.S. Capitol. Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, who are mother and daughter and both election workers in Atlanta, told of being forced into hiding by a barrage of threats in December 2020, after being falsely accused of election fraud by Rudy Giuliani, who was then Mr. Trump’s personal lawyer. Protesters tried to enter a relative’s house in search of the two. Eventually, they quit their positions....

Rudy Giuliani was slapped (click here) by a worker at a ShopRite on Staten Island on Sunday while campaigning for his son, leaving the 78-year-old former New York City mayor shaken, the ex-pol told The Post....

......Giuliani said he had just gotten out of the men’s room at the store on Veteran’s Road and was being greeted by a bunch of supporters when he was suddenly hit from behind — an incident caught on surveillance video obtained by The Post.

“All of a sudden, I feel this, ‘Bam!’ on my back,” Giuliani said. “I don’t know if they helped me not fall down, but I just about fell down, but I didn’t.

“I feel this tremendous pain in my back, and I’m thinking, what the — I didn’t even know what it was,” he said. “All of a sudden, I hear this guy say, ‘You’re a f–king scumbag,’ then he moves away so nobody can grab him....
