Six political peers

The six conservative judges are unable to discern their own political leanings from that of the USA Constitution. In other words their politics are perfect and completely in step with the Constitution.

I feel sorry for them. They can’t find their way out of the woods.

The evidence and the law is far too obvious to think otherwise.

Police practices are in place to protect everyone. ICE agents are not gods. Their current practice crosses the line and abuses Americans. These judges could not be more wrong. Fundamental principles of the USA Constitution have been violated by the Supreme Court.

What should have happened was to uphold the lower courts findings which in turn would require ICE agents to practice the law in their apprehension of illegal immigrants. What occurred instead was a decision to uphold every arrest as a good arrest even in the face of the detention of native born Americans. It is an outrageous decision made by the six conservative judges. They are illegal decisions. Determining they are illegal decisions is supported by the USA Constitution, federal legislation, and California (states rights) legislation. Their decisions are hubris and not sound practice.

Plainly put, the six conservatives judges can’t imagine bad police work. All cops, by the fact they are cops, are good and all the cops’ work perfect. It is horse shit. It is not constitutional conduct establishing their decisions. Their decisions, frequently stated openly by the six judges to the public, are mired in politics. They lost their way. They may have wanted to lose their way.

Take the “mindset” one step further. The Supreme Court judges, by the fact they are Supreme Court judges are good and their work perfect. They either live in cloud city and only commune with each other, or, and more realistically, they want to make these decisions just because they can. Not that they should, but, because they can.

Americans have the right to sue, including Supreme Court judges and American lawyers have the right to redress issues with varying arguments and citations of law. If, as in this case, the practice of law is compromised due to bad decisions, law licenses can be revoked through state processes. It is just that this case is so dense in evidence it should not be overlooked for the potential of protecting the USA Constitution.

Racial profiling is illegal in the USA.

Racial profiling violates the Equal Protection Clause, the Fourth Amendment, and the Civil Rights Act of 1964. In California there is a special law RIPA (Racial and Identity Profiling Act of 2015 (click here).

Judge Maame E. Frimpont stated there was a mountain of evidence of the abuse of ICE agents in California, including the detention of random Americans that fit a very specific profiling standard.

The Americans caught up in the racial profiling of ICE agents need to sue civilly for damages. Evidently, the six conservative judges can’t reason themselves out of a paper bag to protect the USA Constitutional rights if citizens.

ICE agents are police held to the same standard as other police except when they are acting as Trump’s SS. The type of police work carried out by ICE agents require information and NOT patrolling. Those being arrested should be know to the agents and not simply pointed to in the street as a guess to their identity. This Supreme Court is simply ridiculous and unable to discern Civil Rights and Unreasonable Search and Seizure in police work.

I find the high and mighty six conservatives of this court lawless.

Bureaucracy doesn’t work.

The Trump Motto is waste as much money as necessary on enforcement of control because it superficially feels good to the enforcers and seems right to insecure leadership.

It costs more for enforcement than any waste, fraud and abuse of social systems. Boasting the amount of money saved does not account for the outrageous neurotic bureaucracy.

Signage is the last thing to change in good governance. Federal signage under Trump is being used for propaganda not substance.

Trump is breaking the law

Presidential orders such as changing the Defense Department to the War Department is an illegal order.

There are lawsuits on top of lawsuits creating hideous paradigms and costs of superficial changes to the aesthetics involved, ie: changing the word display of “Pete Hegseth, Secretary of Defense” to “Pete Hegseth, Secretary of War.” The renaming of the office is illegal.

Trump’s illegal orders are costly and childish, causing severe backlash that is completely justified and moral. The Republican Congress is simply allowing time limits run their course in the face of gross incompetency in the Executive Branch. Sorry folks, but the plethora of illegal orders generated by this administration clearly illustrates incompetency, by error or in contempt of the Rule of Law. Either way the Executive Branch is doing nothing but flailing around in chaos without resolve. Trump is bad for America. His administration has to be the most costly in history.

Basically, of which Trump admits in his own words, many of the illegal orders are to feed the propaganda to satisfy 4 percent of the American electorate. For the other 96 percent who are too busy protesting Trump’s chaotic orders, Republican governance is absent, annoying, and messing up quality of life in general while plummeting the USA economy.

The Executive Branch is defined in communism in creating a burgeoning two class system seen in Russia and North Korea, the elite and the impoverished. It is not immediately evident because the USA domestically has yet to dry up its middle class wealth and reserve. But. It is being delivered. Who is going to stop it?

Institutionalizing work requirements costs

Republicans have built costly bureaucracy to audit Medicaid work requirements. Adding another layer of qualifications confuses the process. In other words, the compliance of work requirement reporting confuses the process and adds to the cost of the program. People are not being removed for waste, fraud, and abuse; they are falling off the program because of the complexity of reporting for eligibility and policing.

Medicaid, post Obamacare and complicated by Republican demands to “remove the lazy people,” has increased the bureaucracy cost while uninsuring those citizens UNABLE to navigate the maze of reporting. People are dying because of Republican required bureaucracy.

Farmers are hurting.

This is a common theme throughout southeast. Haven’t heard a great deal of moaning from the Midwest but this report about soybeans has to be disruptive to them. It sincerely looks like the USA is being shut out of the global market place. If domestic demand doesn’t increase they will need a bailout. Congress is not focused on increasing support to the ag sector. If anything it is the complete opposite. Sink or swim.
