It is only right outrage and protests take place after these events.

There is a great deal wrong with this event.

There was a child in the car AND the police officer restrained lavish Reynolds from saving Castile's life. If she had presence of mind to apply a tourniquet on her boyfriend's arm she would not be allowed to move to do so by the officer's threat of her own life.

Frozen? The ice fields of Earth are important and this is not good news.

There is two years difference in the "Greenland Melt." This is a significant difference that should be worrying everyone.

Good work NASA.

Early spring or early summer, (click here) the surface of the Greenland Ice Sheet transforms from a vast white landscape of snow and ice to one bejeweled with blue meltwater streams, rivers, and lakes. In 2016, the transition started early and fast.
“This year we had some really early season melt events that kick-started things,” said Allen Pope, a scientist at the National Snow & Ice Data Center (NSIDC). According to an NSIDC blog post, the ice sheet saw three extreme spikes in melt by June 19. As a result, the pace of melting so far is ahead of the past three seasons, but behind the record melt year of 2012.
Coastal areas have been generally warmer than average, and sometimes extreme. For instance, temperatures in Nuuk soared to 24 degrees Celsius (75 degrees Fahrenheit) on June 9, 2016—the highest June temperature ever recorded there. Interior areas were slightly cooler than usual.
On June 15, 2016, the Advanced Land Imager (ALI) on NASA’s Earth Observing-1 satellite acquired a natural-color image of an area just inland from the coast of southwestern Greenland (120 kilometers southeast of Ilulisat and 500 kilometers north-northeast of Nuuk). According to Marco Tedesco, a professor at Columbia University’s Lamont Doherty Earth Observatory, melting in this area began relatively early in April but was not sustained. It started up again in May and grew into the watery June scene pictured above.
Surface melt can directly contribute to sea level rise via runoff. It can also force its way through crevasses to the base of a glacier, temporarily speeding up ice flow and indirectly contributing to sea level rise. Also, ponding of meltwater can “darken” the ice sheet’s surface and lead to further melting....

Interesting. But, of course there is no political witch hunt in the US House today.

Terrorists are waiting.

I have faith in government. I don't have faith in Republicans. Something someone would have missed in such subtlety on this blog since 2004.

How many Republicans have ADHD? Director Comey stated the server was never successfully breached regardless of the attempts. I would expect that high level of security in the home of a former President. Off their medication maybe.

Negligent homicide? What a crack pot.

I'll tell you something there is a real problem with tort law because of negligence people are exposed to in medical negligence and malpractice. The tort laws need to be returned to a standing that imposes a real incentive for doctors to leave their practice when they are a screw up. Ever since Republicans have been involved in majority with federal law, the tort laws which protect Americans from negligence and malpractice are simply a slap on the wrist.

No one is going to investigate the person(s) that placed a "c" on e-mails. Direct Comey has already stated there could be confusion of the use of a "c" on the emails.

...There are two types of classification decisions, (click here) original and derivative. The standard marking elements for both include: banner lines, portion marks, Component, office of origin, date of origin, and classification authority block (CAB). The standard markings also apply to classified information processed in an electronic environment, such as email. Special notices may be required, if the classified document includes certain categories of information, such as Restricted Data (RD) or Formerly Restricted Data (FRD). Original Classification: An initial determination made by a person designated an original classification authority (OCA) that, in the interest of national security, information requires protection against unauthorized disclosure.

Original classification decisions are typically codified in security classification guides (SCGs) issued by an OCA.

There are currently 86 approved OCAs within the DON (Department of the Navy) authorized to make original classification decisions...

The coding of documents of the USA government has a long lived standard, however, the people that place these designations on documents will state it is not cohesively the same across the spectrum of the government.

A civilian Secretary of State cannot be expect to be a quick study to be sure there are no errors made. The burden of national security of these people and their work and their archives does not belong to the cabinet officer. It is the JOB of people that work within the government past four year terms to know what to do and how to proceed.

The people today carrying out a witch hunt in the US House could no more tell the country they are absolutely sure they know what is classified and what is not. If they state same, they are liars.

Washington — Recent polls show Hillary (click here) within single digits of Donald Trump in Texas. And Clinton herself told a national magazine last month that she believed the Lone Star State was flippable.
So is a competitive fall presidential campaign coming to a precinct near you? Don’t count on it.
There is little evidence that the Clinton camp will mount a sustained campaign this fall for the state’s 38 electoral votes, according to more than a dozen interviews with state and national Democratic officeholders and operatives.
To be sure, the Democratic presumptive nominee herselffanned the chatter in May, when she told New York magazine that she thought Texas might be in play “if black and Latino voters come out and vote.” And both Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, have a soft spot for the state, dating back to the time they spent in Texas as operatives working on behalf of George McGovern’s 1972 presidential campaign....

The letter "c" is completely hideous to classify a document. That is kindergarten stuff.

The ONLY way to INSURE national security is to be sure the infrastructure stands up to attack.

The Obama Administration is the first to use electronic records on a daily and hourly basis. This after a US President that didn't have an e-mail account and turned down his bed linen at 9:00 PM.

Director Comey was bound by "fairness" and "precedent." We are a country with a multi-party system leading to power of the USA government. If there was a single method of prosecuting of what is perceived by the public as a crime there is a higher percentage that the "democracy" itself would be compromised.

Every person seeking to serve in the government at any level has a right to be viewed on a political stage in view of the public so the electorate can decide when they cast their vote. If the government suddenly decided to change the precedent of which legal standard 'of practice' is viewed, there is a high percentage members of parties would be eliminated from the participation in the government.

"Fairness" and "precedent" are standards that can be respected. What Director Comey did was to look into the past and how other civil servants are judged and applied those standard to Secretary Clinton. It is correct to carry out a judgement on that basis. It is the guarantee the people will have representatives in their government to protect their freedoms.

Law for the sake of law cannot be applied to 'the living' government. Americans are not perfect and sometimes find themselves caught up legal problems they never expected. If the USA invoked law for the sake of the law, the human being is lost AND the purpose of government is lost.

We have recently (in timeline of history) began insightful reflection on our judicial sentencing standards. That is the right thing to do. The USA still has the highest number of incarcerated in the world. That decision to examine the USA judicial sentencing standards was an act of the humans. It was not a requirement of the law. Humans are more important as subjects of the law, than the law itself. Our country has citizens and there sometimes come the opportunity to strengthen our democracy and the review of sentencing standards is that opportunity.

When government judges itself the citizen comes into view and how decisions impact their lives and potential into the future.

Law and judging government is a defined standard, in this case "fairness" and "precedent." It may seem corrupt, but, in explaining his decisions it becomes clear why the USA can trust Director Comey in relation to the strength of the country and it's freedom.

The House Republicans are pandering to their 'common sense' electorate rather than uplifting them to be insightful as how their government conducts itself. The Republicans are exploiting the naivete of the people in stating the decision regarding Secretary Clinton was political. This is a political stunt for elections in November. It is just that simple.

Tornadoes!

The hurricanes in the east Pacific are relieving  some of the heat enough to allow better movement of the mid-latitudes. As a result there is a water vapor system that is moving quickly that will most likely erupt into tornadoes in central USA.

...There is an “enhanced” risk (click here) for severe storms for southwest Wisconsin south and west of Darlington — and a “slight” risk for south-central and southeast Wisconsin, the National Weather Service said, adding that that the highest potential for severe storms will be late afternoon and evening for south-central Wisconsin, and evening and night for southeast Wisconsin.
The risks include the possibility of heavy rain, damaging winds, large hail, and a possible tornado.
“Low pressure will move into Wisconsin this evening with an approaching warm front pushing into the south” and that will result in a “very unstable airmass,” the Weather Service said. “If the atmosphere destabilizes enough from any morning showers and thunderstorms, a second, more robust, round of thunderstorms will be likely this afternoon and overnight, and would likely produce some severe storms.”...

This is blatant murder of an unarmed, cooperative Black man. I was arrests and prosecution. NOW!

There is no doubt what occurred here. I want the "Killer Cop" immediately arrested and off the street. IMMEDIATELY.

Philando Castile was a supervisor in a school cafeteria. He was a vital member of his community. Does anyone realize what trauma is being felt by the students in that school realizing how he died? I want the "Killer Cop" off the street and behind bars, NOW! Before he does it again!

I want him off the street. He is a danger to the community. Place him on the "Most Wanted" list locally. He is to be off the street immediately.

A black man (click here) has been shot dead by police in the US state of Minnesota as protests continued over the police killing of a black man in Louisiana.
Philando Castile's girlfriend live-streamed the St Paul incident's aftermath, showing him covered in blood as an officer pointed his gun at him.
He was shot as he reached for his driving licence, she said.
It follows the death of Alton Sterling, who was shot dead by police during an incident in Baton Rouge on Tuesday.
Hundreds of people have protested for two nights over Mr Sterling's killing.
The deaths follow a long line of high-profile incidents involving African-Americans at the hands of the police, igniting a national debate about the use of lethal force....

Paul "No Clue" Ryan is carrying out politics at the expense of the American taxpayer.

Jason "Hasn't run a productive committee yet" Chafez is lying already.

President Obama's administration is the first to use an electronic administration. This is all cutting edge for the White House. The real rub here is that the communication devices are commercial devices. The White House does not have a exclusive design that cannot be duplicated in private industry. That requires research and funding. That is part of the problem. There is no secure DESIGN for a US White House.

Asking President Obama to change to a dysfunctional government web was hideous. Why bother in the first place? It was time for the US government to run on the same basis as the rest of the world and that required new in roads to establish FUNCTION of an electronic White House.

Initially, the Secret Service wanted President Obama to give up his Blackberry and his response basically was "You mean to tell me the US Government can't secure my Blackberry? Well, then I suggest you all work on that STAT because I am not giving up my Blackberry."

Washington — There is one addiction President Obama (click herewill not have to kick: his BlackBerry.
For more than two months, Mr. Obama has been waging a vigorous battle with his handlers to keep his BlackBerry, which like millions of other Americans he has relied upon for years to stay connected with friends and advisers. (And, of course, to get Chicago White Sox scores.)
He won the fight, aides disclosed Thursday, but the privilege of becoming the nation’s first e-mailing president comes with a specific set of rules.
“The president has a BlackBerry through a compromise that allows him to stay in touch with senior staff and a small group of personal friends,” said Robert Gibbs, his spokesman, “in a way that use will be limited and that the security is enhanced to ensure his ability to communicate.”...

The BEST approach to any emails within the Executive Branch is to realize the Secret Service and the FBI are housed within the US Cabinet under Homeland Security.

Hm? Homeland Security can't protect Blackberries within the Executive Branch? That is interesting because 'what's his name,' the guy who lied to Congress and rolls of the lips of Paul "No Clue" Ryan as if the lying never happened? ???? Oh, yeah, Clapper has a huge and incredibly expensive building dedicated to electronic communication for national security.

That fact begs an explanation as to why the Obama Administration has had to do back flips to even begin to use Blackberries. I would think Clapper would be running to the rescue in any confusion regard securing the White House with cutting edge answers to empower the President and his Cabinet. It almost looks as though Mr. Clapper not only lies, but, is incompetent to his abilities in electronic communication at all.

I want to know how much it cost for the FBI to run a hideous investigation into a private server within a former President's residence guarded by US Secret Service body guards. It was a waste of time and money for the FBI to go on a witch hunt. It is blatantly another political runaway priority of the Republican Party with it's beginning at FOX News.

Enough. Any moron knows after the demonstrated incompetency of the US Government in it's ability to build a state of the art government web that the problem begins with infrastructure that the US Congress will never fund.

Get a clue, Ryan!
