Strange Paradigm of FOX regarding Boston

The entire mess the USA media is entertaining their viewership with regarding a very tragic event in Boston started after the living suspect was read his Miranda rights.

...In May 2010, (click here) the Obama administration was under fire after delivering Miranda warnings to both the underwear bomber and the Times Square bomber. Initially, Holder defended the decision to Mirandize these suspects after 50 minutes and three hours respectively. But then, suddenly, the attorney general reversed course. In a series of coordinated Sunday show interviews, Holder announced a change in policy: The Obama administration would work with Congress to change the Miranda law to give interrogators greater flexibility in questioning suspected terrorists....

Is there anyone in the USA that sincerely cares about their rights and what could happen to their lives if those rights are denied to them? There is such a thing as "The Innocence Project (click here)." That project is not an imaginary line in the sand, it is real and people have died while innocent. We know that for a fact. Somehow that reality is removed when a political agenda tramples the very rights guaranteed to every American by the Fifth Amendment. Those executed without cause by their own government are simply swept away with time, forgotten and disregarded.

I hope the attorneys for Mr. Tsarnaev sues the federal government over his detention during the hours he was not Mirandized.

Mr. Tsarnaev is an American citizen. End of discussion. The USA government has NO RIGHT to hack away at my rights as an American. And the USA media has even less right to impose their political agenda that will benefit them when sympathizers are elected to office. That is racketeering, but, somehow the First Amendment erases that. Why not pass laws that remove the First Amendment from all journalists and news media that abuse their power when found to be promoting a political agenda? It should be done.

Let's start there and we might even stop the culture of violence and death in the USA. Our problems might actually be solved if we pass laws criminalizing lies and deception by media services that removes their First Amendment Rights. Maybe detaining them until they learn their lesson is in order, too. After all we don't know who they are actually pledging allegiance to, now do we. Wall Street, maybe? All those multinational companies that remove jobs and economy from the USA? We might actually get something constructive done in the USA for the first time since the internet.

But, to return to the MISDIRECTION of the truth regarding the tragedy in Boston. It is not 911. The men committing the crime of murder were self-radicalized. There is no sovereign government to blame for the Boston attacks. Russia does not harbor terrorist networks. Russia has problems in some of their territories, but, that is because they oppose the Russian government. The spouse of the eldest brother did not commit the crimes of murder. She never was in the car that was driving to New York nor is she known to do anything except support her family the best way she knew how.

The parents of the brothers aren't even Americans and their lives are tragically effected by their sons tragedy and actions. If the Russian government had reason to take action against the family within their borders, given the hostile dynamics they are chronically seeking to stop; I am sure Russia would have them incarcerated by now. ie: Pussy Riot. Russia doesn't worry about activists and how they effect the politics, they arrest them.

The agencies within the USA government, the State of Massachusetts and the City of Boston are being as thorough as they can be to remove any doubt there are further attacks waiting. I understand even New York is now looking into involvement by others that could hurt their citizens. What more do citizens want? Their government is sorry for the bombings, the injuries and the deaths. Their government value the lives of their citizens. This was a place in Boston where people were smiling, energetic and having fun. Their government was on their side the entire time. What more is there to want?

The agencies have to disseminate information better to local authorities and cities need to legislate the methods they need to settle issues of danger to their citizens. Those laws will be challenged in courts of law and we will find out how well the local governments write their laws. Or the states for that matter.

But, this is not an issue of war or government negligence, it is about ridding our country of danger and what propagates it. I don't think the news agencies currently involved in deceptive practices that promote political agendas with lies and fear are ridding our country of danger and what propagates it. I don't think they are on the side of the citizen as much as the government is and has been.
