Republicans I spoke with...

 ...voted according to “spiritual beliefs” and didn’t vote for president at all or fewer actually pulled the lever for Joe Biden. Joe Biden represented morality and an affinity for the Middle Class. Nearly all I spoke with didn’t believe Trump practiced the principles of Christianity. Most all thought Trump didn’t competently handled COVID-19 well. But, their first acknowledgement of a failed presidency was regarding faith.

Darrell Issa’s return to the US House was a surprise. To begin, I didn’t know a Congress person could accept retirement and then be re-elected. His Congressional District must be very weak in the number of Republicans qualified to take office. Such a district could easily be taken over by right wing extremists.
