He has established a committee in 2013 to resolve issues. The committee is not worth a wooden nickel. He has been playing with legal language to move the agency in a dysfunctional methodology that has abandoned Americans in homes still underwater. There are members of the committee today that wants to defund the agency just to get rid of the dysfunction of the current administrator.
