Europe has more at stake, including Russia and China, than the USA in regard to nuclear weapons in Iran.  The Iranian missile capacity is significant.  The brevity of this group of nations should be obvious and will result in final analysis of the evidence regarding the THREAT of Iran's program.

Israel has an ongoing relationship with Russia and Europe.  This is not a process that will likely fail.

Foreign Minister (click here) Ali Akbar Salehi says the Islamic Republic is holding negotiations with Russia to find a solution to the dispute between Tehran and the West over Iran’s nuclear program....

Russia and China are opposing sanctions with Iran.  Their opinion matters.  The USA has a history now of being an aggressor nation in the Middle East.  The fact there are other nuclear nations opposing the evidence of the IAEA and willing to back it up brings about a brevity that is a pre-cursor to a larger opposition of any aggressions of Israel and the USA.  These circumstances are not a joke and Iran will not be another Iraq.

The EVIDENCE validation process and a joint dossier is important and carries far reaching implications that will cause the USA's Neocons to sit back on their hunches and realize they don't have carte blanc to invade or attack Iran.

Russia has lately proposed a strategy for “restoring trust in relation to Iran’s nuclear program based on principles of reciprocity and gradualism,” the source said.
The Iran Six, including Russia, the United States, China, Britain, France and Germany, have been trying since 2003 to convince Iran to halt its uranium enrichment program....
