The California vote was overwhelming. The California process is so beautiful. It is truly the will of the people.
In Texas on the other hand the Republican majority was too scared to allow a vote of, by, and for the people (click here).
The Republicans absolutely hate the USA Constitution. It is so much work pushing back in any way possible. The Republicans want the Constitution and Americans out of the way to financially exploit the land.
