Detention Centers are no place for parents.

Detention Centers were unsafe to begin with. Health agencies, either local or state, should take an interest in disease prevention by the center and seek judicial review. 

There is no funding for these facilities. They should be shuttered. Legislation should be introduced to use county jails for immigration detainees. Basically, any immigration agent making an arrest of an illegal immigrant would be required to remand them to local authorities for due process proceedings. It would reduce the enormous budget currently enjoyed by ICE.
