This can be a little scary to watch if unfamilar with it.

This polar vortex is dense in water vapor. (click here)

This is looking down at the north pole.

North America and Greenland are at 6 o'clock.

This satellite shows the northern hemisphere. The equatorial region where the ITCZ is on the periphery.

There are two cyclones in the western Pacific. The Super Typhoon 4 Champi is easiest seen with an enormous center/eye.

There is some stalling over Siberia. The Arctic Vortex is moving more vigorously over North America. The entire hemisphere is a mess. Since the hurricane in the Atlantic that entered South Carolina (Joaquin) there has been a chronic vortex street across North America. This vortex street is very high altitude and is bring hail. I'll post a snapshot of it.

Below is from a few hours ago. It is easy to discern that vortex street from lower latitudes to higher latitudes as it moves across from west to east.

If the visuals are difficult on the north pole vortex set it on "Rock" and the eye/mind becomes used to seeing it.

No ever says these words, but, what is the definition of "The Greenhouse Effect?" In relation to global heating is it not with dense cloud cover? Well. How does that interpret? Clouds maintain the heat at the surface. There is no doubt the water vapor has gotten more dense from the time I first began this online.  The problem is the water vapor is no longer accumulating in the lower troposphere. The storms are coming from the upper troposphere and more water vapor is leaving the troposphere as well. The storms now are delivering hail and not snow from the upper troposphere.
