Shaun White has passed the torch to Iouri Podladtchikov in the Half-Pipe competition. He placed fourth. Iouri didn't just happen to win, he put in a great performance. Shaun was off his game. He is going home without a medal this year.

In any sport there are two type of athletes, the technical athlete and the athlete that lives their sport. It is rather easy to pick up the difference and this couple shows the love of their sport. They move as one and that doesn't come just from practice.
