There are power outages all over the region up to the eastern Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The power is expected to be completed by Wednesday, but, 911 Services are affected in the UP. The problem with the power outages is expected fall in temperatures with snow. The flooding can cause icing problems.

People are using the same hopeful message as one would hear in Oklahoma, "We will rebuild."

The northern ICZ is repopulating it's water vapor albeit sparsely. There is a lot of turbulence in the northern hemisphere.

There was a tropical weather system that even hit Somalia killing 100 people on November 11, 2013.
