There are power outages all over the region up to the eastern Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The power is expected to be completed by Wednesday, but, 911 Services are affected in the UP. The problem with the power outages is expected fall in temperatures with snow. The flooding can cause icing problems.
People are using the same hopeful message as one would hear in Oklahoma, "We will rebuild."

The northern ICZ is repopulating it's water vapor albeit sparsely. There is a lot of turbulence in the northern hemisphere.
There was a tropical weather system that even hit Somalia killing 100 people on November 11, 2013.

Tropical Cyclone 3A moved over Puntland, Somalia, on November 10–11, 2013, causing flash floods that left more than 100 dead. The storm destroyed hundreds of homes and thousands of livestock, according to news reports....
