Continued from previous entry.

These are still definitions in the Assault Weapon Ban bill.
SEC. 402. DEFINITIONS.
Section 921(a) of Title 18 is where definitions are found to empower the law. Language is important in law. Words on paper matter when the law is well written without loopholes. Senator Feinstein is an excellent legislator.
(a) In General.--Section 921(a) of title 18 (click here), United States Code, is amended--
I already covered (D) (i) through (iii) in the previous entry and only serves as a reference here.

``(D) A semiautomatic pistol that has the capacity to accept a detachable magazine and any 1 of the following:
``(i) A threaded barrel.
``(ii) A second pistol grip.
``(iii) A barrel shroud.
``(iv) The capacity to accept a detachable magazine at some location outside of the pistol grip

Both these pictures are glocks. The picture on the left is an intact profile of a glock. The picture on the right is a cutaway view.
The pistol grip is where the firing hand goes. The firing hand is the hand the gunman/woman uses when pulling the trigger. The grip is obvious because it has indentations designed into it for the comfort and 'steadfastness' of the grip. Guns have a kick back after they are fired. The finger grips make it easier to hang onto the gun once it is fired, too.
In both these pictures the 'detachable magazine' is in the hand grip. But, the third picture to the left are detachable magazines / clips outside the hand grip of the gun. When this Amendment becomes law the extended clips will become illegal. What the gun industry will do is make the grips longer in some guns so at least ten rounds can be carried in the grip of the gun.
``(v) A semiautomatic version of an automatic firearm.
Senator Feinstein already knows the gun industry has dupped the laws of the USA. So, the guns that were automatic weapons cannot be modified and sold to be semi-automatics.
``(E) A semiautomatic pistol with a fixed magazine that has the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds.
This provision outlaws any 'design' which puts a permanent grip on a gun exceeding 10 rounds / bullets / shot / ammunition. In other words a grip cannot load in any other manner that provides more than ten rounds in a semi-automatic weapon.
Shotguns load at the bottom and don't have a clip. That semi-automatic shotgun cannot hold any more than ten rounds even though it loads from the bottom. She is a great legislator.
``(F) A semiautomatic shotgun that has any 1 of the following:
I think I went through many of these. Not a forward grip or revolving cylinder.
``(i) A folding, telescoping, or detachable stock.
``(ii) A pistol grip.
``(iii) A fixed magazine with the capacity to accept more than 5 rounds.
``(iv) The ability to accept a detachable magazine.
``(v) A forward grip.
This is a good example of a forward grip. This is not just a forward grip, it is a Mako Tactical AR-15 Folding Vertical Foregrip Textured Black FGGS, to be specific. I think FGGS is a manufacturer (click here it is available on Amazon).
This makes the weapon an assault weapon AFTER MANUFACTURE. All these attachments are made as modifications to the weapon to make it easier to handle providing greater killing power. This is going to be made illegal. No hunter uses this. To the left is a forward grip on a glock. Below right is a glock turned into an assault weapon by ADD ONS in the market place. I think of these add ons as paraphernalia, similar to drug paraphernalia. It can be purchased anywhere. It is why drug enforcement agencies consider drug paraphernalia as guilty to possession of INTENT.
Getting the picture of the daunting nature of this effort by Senator Feinstein. This ban was not written overnight. This is years and years of research and knowing exactly how to move the safety of the American people forward.
``(vi) A grenade launcher or rocket launcher.
``(G) Any shotgun with a revolving cylinder.
Amazing isn't it? The gun industry is so manipulative. If they can dismantle a law they will do it in a minute.
``(H) All of the following rifles, copies, duplicates, variants, or altered facsimiles with the capability of any such weapon thereof:
``(i) All AK types, including the following:
``(I) AK,(click here)
AK47, (below)

AK47S,(below right)

AK-74, (below)

AKM,
(also known as Kalashnokpv AKM - this picture is a USA military in Iraq)
You'll excuse me while I walk around a bit. Thank you.
Thought Bubble:
The Right Wing and Criminals in this instance are better armed then law enforcement excluding Swat Teams (maybe) and not they have equal capacity of the USA military, including National Guard. I remind this is illegal under the USA Constitution. I remind this only exists in our society because of political pressure.

Continued in entry above, thank you.
