When the Chinese caught up with the international abilities of the folks they then considered criminals, they put them to work. It is a communist country. Everyone works and contributes. Capitalism or no capitalism of their markets. So, China must be very proud. They took hard core criminals and gave them a patriotic job. Well done, huh?
