Russian tycoon denies being poisoned

I think they call it the flu.

Chelsea Football Club owner Roman Abramovich has lost an appeal over a £2 billion claim against him by fellow Russian oligarch and former business partner Boris Berezovsky.
Mr Abramovich had asked the Court of Appeal to overturn a ruling by High Court judge Mr Justice Colman who refused to strike out the action.
But three appeal judges agreed that the claim - scheduled for trial next year - should go ahead.
Mr Berezovsky alleged that Mr Abramovich used "threats and intimidation" to force him to sell shares in Russian oil company Sibneft at a fraction of their value....

After all it would seem as though the Russian people want their money back.  It might help a little with the poverty some Russians are facing the former Oligarches didn't find interesting.

French authorities have impounded two yachts believed to belong to fugitive Russian billionaire Boris Berezovsky, the Russian Prosecutor General's Office said on Thursday.
"Two of Boris Berezovsky's yachts have been seized in France at the request of the Russian Prosecutor General's Office as part of an ongoing criminal investigation against him," spokeswoman Marina Gridneva said.
The yachts, worth around $20 million, were used by members of Berezovsky's "inner circle," she added.
She did not say when the yachts were seized or what new charges Berezovsky was facing....
