August 24, 2005. No "Supercell" in the West according to UNISYS GOES West Infrared Satellite. Only Cat 2 Hurricane Hillary on it's way past Hawaii. Why would there be Supercells over the USA and the Atlantic and not the Pacific? It's the million/billion dollar question. Because. Because all the carbon dioxide from the emitting USA is where? AH. Is that it? You betcha. The Carbon Dioxide pollution from California to New York City and the Southern USA (the worst in the nation on a cumulative basis) all sweeps across the USA to the Atlantic to meet up with the second biggest CO2 emitter, Britain. All that CO2 is destroying the North Polar Cap and the ecosystem of Polar Bears. Slush. Not a good thing. Posted by Picasa
