First time in 20 years. Why?
It was taken down by a shoulder mounted rocket launcher. Why? In competency in leadership. The incompetence is everywhere. From self inflicted damage to naval ships to crashes of fueling jets that result in big holes in the ground destroying runways and killing soldiers. 20 years and not a single jet was shot down until Trump.
