Epstein’s leverage was either a threat or an asset. He didn’t have weapons. Epstein’s gaming of powerful men didn’t carry a direct death threat. Even in his personal space. I doubt Epstein worried about the FBI. I am certain with the FBI keeping him in their sites Epstein was somewhat diminished in his power. Whatever power playing occurred was behind closed doors.
Epstein was a threat but not one that couldn’t be handled. Any public disclosure would implicate him as well. The FBI files are probably very interesting. He made it to Bear Sterns and mortgage backed securities.

Why would the FBI be interested in Epstein? Perhaps because he was a high roller in global
governments. I would bet real money the FBI has a file on everyone Epstein came in contact with including the girls.
Epstein had connections. He made himself available to seek and maintain control. I am not surprised he was being followed by the FBI.
