The CDC can make recommendations. The CDC is supposed to back up its’ recommendations with solid science research. It is why the NIH is insisting on the funding for research. It is a public health issue.

Therefore, people need to have good communication skills with their physicians and surgeons rather than any propaganda literature created by this administration. Those personal measures are especially true of parents with the care of their children.
