According to the military standard the National Guard ONLY serves as support to deployed military. The Executive Branch has no right to deploy the National Guard to a foreign theater.
Readiness is under attack and Hegseth and Trump are putting lives at risk without knowledge of the mission or a declaration of war to support it.
Iran is not a threat to the USA. The nuclear program is a threat to Middle East allies. It is the nuclear threat that needs diplomatic attention as bombing even enrichment facilities is to dangerous.
Citizens are protected by international law. The deaths of citizens is an assault on humanity and must stop.
