The Trump Executive Branch has already stated the report to Congress will be redacted. I think the US House can recommission Robert Muller's team to submit a Congressional investigation that will result in a parallel or not necessarily a complete mimic of the original Special Council investigation.

In that, the US House should continue to file lawsuits for the original report unredacted with supporting documents.

A lot of the work is done already. It would not take that long to reconstitute it.

The US Congress is the branch of government that was to receive any reports from the Special Council if there was interference with the investigation. Congress has a vital role in receiving the unredacted report.

Redaction is interference.

This is obviously a cover up by the Executive Branch. There is just no question to the validity of the US House to receive all the information involved. They have reason for concern and jurisdiction to express that concern to the courts, too. The Legislative Branch can commission reports independently from the Executive Branch anyway.
