Daesh is causing problems in the Afghan region,

These countries have to consider forming an alliance that will protect them all.

Jalalabad - At least 15 people were killed (click here) on Tuesday in Afghanistan’s eastern city of Jalalabad when gunmen stormed a government building, trapping dozens inside after a suicide bomber blew himself up at the entrance gate, officials and witnesses said....

There seems to be an increase in terrorist presence since the Pakistani elections. I am surprised that Tajikistan had a problem.  I always think of them as being connected to Russia, but, obviously, that is not valid. The video below shows a concerned and responsive government. It is difficult moving into a democracy that can protect people and events. This is a government that is concerned, but, still unable to defeat terrorism before it starts.

Two Americans are dead and that is not a good thing. Tajikistan needs to open a dialogue with American generals about this incident and an increase of Daesh presence. It should lead the way to engage military diplomacy to end these terrorist incursions.

Two Americans were killed in Tajikistan (click here) in what the U.S. Embassy described as a “senseless” car-and-knife attack on a group of seven cyclists.

Two other tourists — one Swiss, the other from the Netherlands — were also killed.

The Islamic State claimed responsibility, and on Tuesday released a video purporting to show the attackers pledging allegiance to the group. However, U.S. officials have not confirmed ISIS' involvement and the Tajik government blamed local Islamists....
