I have to wonder what was going on with Mr. Dial. It appeared he had his truck and trailer full of personal items. Was he leaving town? What kind of relationship did he have with the Sherrif? The entire encounter raises a lot of questions. Had anyone pulled him over for a valid reason to know Mr. Dial has a suspended license or did the Sheriff's Department know Mr. Dial?

Sheriff Shoupe had his deputy so upset by the end of the chase he crashed the car anyway.

...After Dial was shot, (click here) Shoupe arrived on the scene, where his comments were picked up by a body camera worn by one of the deputies.
"I love this shit," Shoupe said, according to The Guardian. "God, I tell you what, I thrive on it."
The chase with Dial began after police attempted to pull the man over for driving with a suspended license. But he drove away, prompting the car chase.
The county declared last year that the shooting was justified and that law enforcement officials had acted reasonably....
