This is a known attack before it occurred. When soldiers are standing in groups in the civilian world they become targets. This could have been avoided.
I know Yemen is a third world country, but, look at the carnage. This is ridiculous.
There should be a bank on a military base where the soldiers are secure. This attack raises concerns by people within in the Yemen military as to their purpose. When attacks result in deaths, and this is the Yemen military, it forces people to move toward favoring the militants, in this case Daesh. Just because the military carries weapons and protects the country doesn't make them invincible. The soldiers are vulnerable to attacks, too. Obviously. The country needs to provide them protections to insure the loyalty of the country. The soldiers are very important people.

A suicide bomber (click here) has killed at least 48 soldiers and wounded another 84 in the southern Yemeni port city of Aden.
The soldiers were queuing up to receive salaries near al-Sawlaban military base when the attacker struck.
The bomber immersed himself in the crowd of soldiers at the base in al-Arish district, an official said.
So-called Islamic State (IS) said it was behind the attack, similar to one on the same base days ago that killed another 48 soldiers....
