Prime Minister David Cameron and President Barak Obama:

The Prime Minister's words regarding military directives falls on silent ears in the USA. There is NATO, but, there is no current AUMF that actually matters. The USA's Executive Branch, specifically the Secretary of Defense and President Obama are acting to protect NATO's nations and other allies without a valid AUMF as it pertains to terrorism. The one that has existed from the Bush administration is the language and the words stretched to disbelief by the American public. There is no legitimate AUMF against terrorism since the end of Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda that carried out the attacks of September 11, 2016. That was some times ago.

Additionally, the American people have had enough of ineffective war and training of other country's military in the near east that adds no more security  the USA or NATO. We have seen criminal genocidal regimes manifest such as Daesh from a very wrongful war into Iraq that lead to the destabilization of the region. Britain was a supporter of the Bush coalition that carried out this immoral and illegal war into Iraq. We are now attempting to end the mistake with more involvement, that is completely wrong. The near east needs to have strong sovereign militaries and their own alliances. The near east and north Africa have had fellowship for decades known as "The Arab League (click here)." Today that League needs to have their own region military commitment that seeks peace with Israel and Iran.

The very USA Congress today is now posturing to take the near east to court from an attack KNOWN to come out of Afghanistan and al Qaeda. This entire old regime of the USA, AKA The Republican Party, is outrageous in not only their immorality in the world, but, also the political pressure that forces the other major party, the Democratic National Committee, to depart their own values in order to win elections as a counter balance to the right wing extremists. That is most noted in the current candidate for the Democratic Party in Hillary Clinton. She voted for the Iraq War and has a very hawkish view of American military power. Such views place her above the fray of fear wield by the RNC to push Americans into the voting booths hoping to keep their lives. The hideousness of this is the reality of the gun preference of the RNC while Americans are fearing for their lives in their own churches, homes and places were groups of people are found. It is insane where the RNC is today. It serves no one but themselves and Wall Street cronies, primarily private family industries with global reach.

We are watching the remains of the RNC turn into the Tea Party and rightfully so. The Tea Party are all the people that voted in Republican primaries and national elections that supported the RNC. These are the poor and working poor that voted because of deep abiding religious beliefs. They have a rightful place in the USA's freedom and democracy, but, their leadership is leaning far more right and is a danger to not just the USA, but, our allies. Look at what is being contemplated for Saudi Arabia (click here). Does anyone this bill will end at the door of Saudi Arabia. It won't. It has far reaching precedent globally. It is needless to say these movements within the USA's Congress is just plain dangerous to us all. I am more than pleased the political parties in power are having a new reality handed to them.

I look forward to the elections in the USA in 2016. The people may actually have a feeling of control in being able to lead their future into security both with domestic policy and international relationships.

That said the relationship with Great Britain, evidenced by the lengthy laundry list of allied interest noted in the speech by the Prime Minster, is extensive.

The Prime Minister isn't exactly the average citizen either, is he? The facts found in the Panama Papers (click here) speak to that. It is that illegitimate dedication to wealth to this extent, rather than paying taxes to the very sovereign he leads, that calls up dedication to issues, especially that of the British working class and the British poor.

Let's face it, the condition of children in the USA and Great Britain isn't at the top of the global charts, however, their nuclear and military infrastructure is without question far larger fiscally than they need to be. The real irony is that children lack their infrastructure and spending to completely wasteful military infrastructure such as the F35 Joint Strike Fighter. Unfortunately, the lobby exists for the military, but, not for children. The only strong advocate for children from her early days of professional life has been Hillary Clinton. But, with whatever hope she brings to the presidency, her loyalty to military aggression raises the issue of unresolved social programs such as the legal status of children and the country's dedication to excellent nutrition, mental health, education and exercise.

One the laundry list is the intention of Great Britain to leave the European Union. I think that is occurring because the British know exactly their fiscal peril in the "Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership" (click here) currently facing the European Union. I congratulate them to being as strong as they need to be to rid themselves of draconian Wall Street GOVERNMENT documents. It is very sad the British has to go to this extent in order to protect their economic interests as Europeans on the continent don't have the same strength and power within their governments.

There is no doubt President Obama was a strong partner with Great Britain. That is important. What needs balance by both countries is their desire for oversized military that is out of fiscal balance with their domestic needs. The countries are suppose to have a Defense Department, not ones that are mercenary for Wall Street.

This is probably one of the last trips to Great Britain by President Obama. In that it is completely understandable many issues were addressed. The British Prime Minister should know President Obama will always do what is necessary within his power, but, on profound joint policy nothing will be accomplished by the USA legislature UNLESS the Brits come to lobby and demand better balance with all the needs of the British and American citizens.

I would suggest a strong media presence to visiting British diplomats no matter what it takes, including insults of RNC members if they are standing in opposition to vital American interests with Great Britain. In this election the truth has to be stated in overwhelming realty because the people are sincerely undereducated to their votes. Americans are distracted and it would be nice if it were to mutual interests such as Manchester United, but, the commercial lives of Americans are the focus and it is very unfortunate. The USA stand as an example of what happens to a society owned by a single political dialogue and it's Plutocratic priorities.
