In looking at Wisconsin, the current leaders in Clinton and Trump have significantly more assets. Despite the assets they were successfully challenged. Their opposition has success after they enter the state and campaign to bring attention to their candidacy before the vote.

The issues for bother leaders are different. Hillary Clinton has a trust problem and people turn to Bernie Sanders to resolve that concern. Donald Trump's defeat is due to a fear about his presidency. A major of Wisconsin Republican voters stated they would be scared of Trump's presidency. The two front runners have a common reason for their defeating characteristics and that is the media. The media drives the fear and untrustworthy issue regardless of the truth otherwise.

I think the leaders need to move on these larger constituencies with a better tone to their campaigns and be among the voters. Their opposition has an advantage as they rely completely on their hard work when they cross a state's border. The most dramatic demonstration of that is Cruz and Trump in Wisconsin, although I have to admit the RNC's Chairman, Priebus, always puts forward a significant push to prove to his bosses he is the man for their party.

Good luck to all the contestants for their party's nomination.
