Harry, send it to reconciliation, we'll all be proud of you. Cruz is a bully, just listen to those numbers and the whining.

The NY Stock Exchange topped $15,000 yesterday and the unemployment rate is still stubborn; Cruz actually thinks he has a case for "Woe is me?" Cruz needs to get over himself. He won't even participate in a 50 vote majority, he and McConnell are bullies. They couldn't legislate even if they tried.

"Suspend the quorum call." There was no one the chamber. Does Cruz play by the rules? No, but he does recognize civility. Senator Reid is a icon of civility. No one can take that away from him. So, what's the point by Cruz? Ego? Sure. Oh, wait, the Senate Leader has an idea. The man wants to make the country Senate actually function. Is that the problem?

$1.7 Trillion in taxes that have gone into EFFECT in the past four years. That doesn't mean those taxes were passed in the past four years either. What I want to know is how much SPENDING in the past four years was a result of the previous eight.

With the national debt approaching $17 trillion doesn't Cruz think the USA Treasury needs more REVENUE. Cruz doesn't use the word REVENUE, he uses the word Taxes. Taxes are more personal then revenues through closing loopholes.

"It would be deeply irresponsible to raise the National Debt Ceiling yet again." I think most Americans agree on that in one form or another, what they know at the 'street level' that working three jobs helps make ends meet is their reality to CLOSING a debt. So, it is safe to say the USA has to close the space between debt and REVENUE.

"Real steps." Revenue is part of those REAL steps. It is a shame that such a young Senator with what might be a promising future actually does nothing more but toe the extremist line of deceit.

Cruz understands democracy. He understands that a simple majority can actually pass law into existence. He gets it, he simply doesn't think it is appropriate when he is in the minority. The Affordable Care Act was passed by a sixty vote majority that excluded a Public Option. Am I delusional? That really did happen. I remember.

"Protections of the minority." Where is that rule? McConnell and his chronic filibuster might be protections of the minority, but, the USA Constitution fairly clearly outlines a simple 51 vote majority. I don't recall the Constitutional Amendment stating "The Minority Rules!"

Harry, GO TO CONFERENCE, the nation needs REVENUE. Thank you!
