Taliban insurgents (click here) have said that the Pakistani schoolgirl its gunmen shot in the head deserved to die because she had spoken out against the group and praised US President Barack Obama.

Malala Yousufzai, 14, was flown to Britain on Monday, where doctors said she has every chance of making a "good recovery".

The attack on Yousufzai, who had been advocating education for girls, drew widespread condemnation....

There is no such thing as a Taliban insurgent. The Taliban are the students of al Qaeda and seek to overthrow governments. The Taliban is a militia, not an ethnic group. Every Taliban is an insurgent.

There is no such thing as "A" female supporter. All women of Pakistan are supporters of freedom and safety for girls.
